something that i JUST started scripting (even though i feel like it should’ve been so obvious) was ambiance in my other realities
like, when we view our realities in their media in this reality, they seem so fun and so cool because of color grading, soundtrack, etc
but thinking about it actually
i WOULD be drained practicing tennis every day, i WOULD get sick of a desk job at the fbi, i WOULD get sick of being in bumfuck indiana where my life is in danger every second
that is, without the vibe and ambiance that the media lense gives
i’m not saying that your reality has to have literal music in the background or special effects (or it could, up to you)
i’m saying colors are more vibrant, things taste better, days seem longer, everything seems to be placed so aesthetically, but it’s all just reality

what is shifting? like actually?
okay, so let’s get this out the way. there is no textbook definition yet but based on info compiled by the community (& my personal beliefs) shifting is :
╰ the process of consciously moving one’s awareness to experience another reality (where they already exist). your “consciousness,” whatever that is (and we’ll get into that too lol) becomes aware of another reality. this is usually called a dr.
╰ by general definition, shifting is not inherently tied to ANY belief system. not loa. not manifestation. not any western new age system. it's just something ppl have said they experienced. across spiritualities, cultures, backgrounds, blah blah blah. some ppl do it accidentally. some meditate. some pray. some script. some just like
 do nothing and it happens anyway?? there's no cause that everyone can agree on. which means

the mechanism of shifting is unknown. and yet some ppl are over here saying "just use law of assumption" like scripture.
like. babe. pls. slow down.

the cult of "loa shifting is the only way" and why it's
 getting weird
i adore loa. i do. i use it myself. it works. it's helped me shatter toxic assumptions and manifest many times. i think it's genius. but (and this is a giant ass but)
╰ it's not the sole approach to shifting. and acting like it is? isn't just flawed. it can be harmful to the shifting community as a whole.
╰ idk when this started but now it’s like the entire shifting community is flooded with these blogs / accounts screaming things like "you have to assume to shift” and things of that sort. like
 idk maybe relax? maybe stop screaming at people for questioning things?
and can we talk about how reductive is it to reduce something so complicated & mysterious like reality shifting to just “assuming is the way”??? like seriously. SERIOUSLY??????? đŸ€š

shifting ≠ only assumption. it can also be about AWARENESS + EMBODIMENT
if you actually listen to others (not only the popular creators but actually outsource
.) you'll see a lot of non-loa shifters. from what i gather, what they're talking about has less to do with "assuming you're there" and a whole lot more to do with other personal practices (don’t worry, i’ll get into some of them later).
╰ but the core thought from non-loa shifters i see is that, you don’t need to assume you're there. bcs you already ARE.
loa thrives off the idea that "your assumptions shape your reality" and yeah that is one way of interpreting reality. but it's just that. AN INTERPRETATION. not a fact.
╰ and if i’m being honest? it's a western hyper individualistic one at that. other people interpret shifting as soul travel, astral projection, quantum jumping, divine free will from the gods, WHATEVER.
and ALL of these interpretations could be right.. why? bcs once again, the nature of shifting is unknown.

the "assumption is the only way" crowd is just always spouting on and on about things like "you only didn't shift bcs you assumed you didn't." but like
 do you know that's circular logic???!!
it's unfalsifiable. it's "you failed because you failed." this leaves little to no space for nuance. for emotional state. for trauma. or ANYTHING that might possibly impact the mind's capacity to focus or become aware which could directly impact your approach to shifting (we don’t know though since nothing is proven).
╰ also saying "loa is the only way" AND ALSO "you create your reality" is a textbook contradiction !!!!!! because if i create my reality
 i can shift with practices that DON'T include loa. right??

1 ) false cause fallacy 
 just because some ppl shifted using loa doesn’t mean it’s the only or correct method. correlation ≠ causation, y’all pls
.. it’s like saying “i ate toast before shifting so toast is the key.” pls.
2 ) reductionism fallacy 
 simplifying a complicated process like shifting (something centered on consciousness and experience) to just "assumptions" neglects all the other ways ppl induce shifting. some shift through prayer, some through trance, some through astral projection methods unrelated to loa. like
 it's bigger than one concept.
3 ) exclusion fallacy 
 talking about shifting needing to be loa-based erases / invalidates the experience of anybody who didn’t use that framework and still shifted. that’s disrespectful tbh. other people's religions / beliefs / practices are not your loa fanfic.
4 ) and the most annoying one 
 the “if someone shifts accidentally, they must’ve assumed without knowing it” like
 WHAT? be so fucking serious


.. you’re saying every single person who’s ever shifted by accident was actually just assuming something unconsciously?? where’s the proof? that’s not a theory. that’s what i like to call cope. you’re just slapping the same label on every outcome to keep your worldview airtight. it’s ok to not know the answer to everything.

hasn't it been long enough? enough dreaming, enough trying, enough of everything. It has been exhausting and draining. you've tried all the things that should make this right, you have tried every and each method that appears on your feed, you've damn began inventing your own. you kept a routine, you continously kept going and yet, nothing. why? the answer is simple; perception.
no, this isn't me saying you need to be positive 24/7 or that you need a good self concept or whatever you may be thinking. I'm talking about changing how you view your manifestations.
if you read the intro and internally nodded along, that's your problem. why do you agree that you're trying, why are you confirming to yourself that you were attempting to get something? this isn't me saying you can't manifest by having that assumption, you can, but it sure as hell isn't make things easy for your ego. this is me saying you're assuming for one thing then backtracking by falling onto the assumption of knowing you're trying to get instead of having. Cancel that out, ignore it, flip it, whichever you want, just treat it as an other because you DON'T have to try, it is YOURS. How do you know it is yours? You choose it.
Now, am I saying you can't manifest whilst contradicting, no but im saying that you're setting yourself up, you're misunderstanding the core of the law of assumption. The law is instant. Yes, instant. That means regardless of anything and everything it has happened.
YOU are not shifting into the person who has it, you already are. Recognise that, that you are not waiting on change to appear or for it to happen to you, you have already experienced it and continously do so. You are living as you say you are without contradiction.
There is no wait to be had. No 'right time', no special moon, technique or feeling you have to be in or doing. It is done. Creation is finished.
Wait is a subjective experience you put yourself through. You assume that you must wait and therefore you do. You need to change how you think. Stop allowing yourself to be a servant to your procrastination, laziness, circumstances, etc. With each word you read you are in a new 'now', the past doesn't exist, it only functions because you choose to perceive it. Everything functions because you choose to perceive it. Choose to stop waiting, choose to stop wanting. Realise you have it and decide that.

Mentality that makes shifting/manifesting flow like water (made specifically for people who hate “pretending they’re already in their DR”

I say it all the time: this period of “not being in your DR” is an illusion. And it is. But shifting your focus to “I’m not in my DR because I can’t shift” actually splits into two illusions:
You’re not in your DR.
You can’t shift.
Some people thrive with the “fuck it, I’m in my DR, idc” mindset because underneath, they know they can shift. They hang onto that certainty, and it carries them through.
But for others, it’s harder to call the illusion for what it is because it’s not just one domino to knock over, it’s two. It’s not only the discomfort of “I’m not in my DR,” it’s the deeper fear of “I can’t shift.” And instead of focusing on the root—the reality that shifting happens because you can shift, because you decide it—they jump straight to the end affirmation of “I’m already in my DR.”
And hey, if you can jump to the end, jump. Leap. Dance there. If you know it’s already yours because you decided it, regardless of what the illusion says, jump.
But if you’re someone who struggles to accept the end because you struggle to accept that you have the ability to shift? Then the domino chain topples the wrong way, and you get stuck pushing against a wall that’s only there because you’re doubting yourself.
There’s nothing wrong with doubting yourself. Shift with doubts if you want to, but know that the doubts are just annoying little voices in the noise of the illusion.
Start where the real illusion lives: your belief that you can’t shift. Because once that domino falls, the rest fall with it.
“I struggle to accept that I’m already in my DR, or that / already have my desire.” Ok, then stop. It might actually be hurting your journey.
You’re trying to force your entire being, soul, and awareness through a star-shaped keyhole when you’re built like a heart-shaped key—just because all the star-shaped people are opening the door with the star-shaped keyhole.
There’s no difference between you and them, no hierarchy, no secret sauce you don’t have. But sometimes your DR is waiting patiently on the other side of the door, hand outstretched, while you’re busy trying to crawl out the window because Mandy With The Perfect Lifeℱ said she got to her DR by backflipping from the fourth-floor balcony.
You’re struggling to accept that it’s already yours, and that’s okay. Really. Let’s say it out loud: you don’t see your DR yet, you don’t see your desire yet, and that’s okay. These are illusions, and sometimes the way to get past the illusions is to acknowledge them. Like “ok bitch, come at me so I can disprove how wrong you are”
Of course deciding you already have it and persisting in that decision works. Of course it does. But it’s not the only path.
The truth is, from the moment you decided to embark on this journey—whether through scripting, daydreaming, yearning, or deciding—it was already yours. Claimed. Everything you want already exists within your awareness, and you are your awareness, so it’s already yours. Saying: “Hey, I don’t have this yet,” won’t unclaim it. It’s unshakably yours.
So the very path you need to realize it’s yours is the one that’s been screaming at you all along. Those moments you try to “act as if” you’re in your DR while your ego is going NO NO NO NO NO—maybe it’s not your ego being a whiny little bitch. Maybe it’s your awareness tugging you toward the route that actually works for you. Your awareness knows where it’s going. Your ego doesn’t need to be tricked into submission; it needs to be held, soothed, and told, “We’ll get there. It’s okay.”
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: you are your awareness. Everything exists within it, so whatever you observe, is. But observation, like assumption, is broad.
If observing that you already have your DR feels unsavory, don’t force it. You’re not in your DR yet. Breathe. Exhale. Let’s celebrate the fact that you’re not there yet—(you are, you always are, but I mean consciously observing it).
“But if I assume it’s coming rather than it’s here, won’t I stay stuck in waiting?”
My darling, if you insist on clinging to this backwards, restrictive interpretation of the law of assumption, let me ask you: isn’t “assuming it’s not here yet will keep me waiting” itself an assumption? The sky will not crack open and sirens won’t blare if you assume it’s coming rather than already here.
So what, you assumed it’s coming, and now it’s not coming? Aren’t your assumptions always correct? Exactly.
When you say “I am a master shifter,” or “I am a master manifestor” you aren’t affirming it to achieve something. You are claiming your identity in this reality as someone for whom shifting is normal, easy, natural.
Because you don’t chase “results” anymore. And you aren’t in “trying to get there” energy. You simply are a master at getting your desire, and that identity precedes proof.
And what happens next? Many things can happen.
Your methods start working (they always work, but, you know)
Lucid dreams become easier.
WBTB actually works instead of fizzling.
Your awareness aligns because you are no longer fighting your observation.
Your methods don’t make you a master shifter; your identity as a master shifter makes your methods work.
It removes the pressure to “see your DR” because you’re already in your CR, that’s the screen of space you’re observing. But within that, you are a master shifter, and you can’t disprove that if you take into account how:
Every method you try is proof you can shift.
Every attempt is evidence you are willing and capable.
The desire to shift proves it’s within your awareness and yours.
Being someone who can shift whenever is the result.
You stop making “seeing your DR” the requirement for success and realize:
Your CR does not invalidate your DR.
Your CR and DR are the same place in the screen of space in front of you.
Your CR is where your power is demonstrated.
When you’re in your DR, it will be your CR.
So your power is always demonstrated in your CR.
Because a master shifter can sit in their CR, smile, and know they can shift whenever they please. No rush, no test, no begging reality for permission.
It doesn’t contradict that CR = DR once you intend it. It simply gives you an on-ramp if checking for “visual DR proof” stresses you out.
You’re not tied to your DR. You’re not tied to your CR. You’re tied to your awareness. You are your awareness. And your awareness can shift whenever it wants, which is why you’re already a master shifter.
So maybe it’s time to stop desperately clawing your way toward “one reality” over another. Maybe it’s time to stop living like your DR is your savior and your CR is your prison. Maybe it’s time to find comfort in yourself.
And when I say find comfort in yourself, I don’t mean that soft, blurry “letting go” that leaves you passive. I mean letting go of the desperation to “get” to your DR, and owning the power you already have:
You’re a master shifter. You can shift on command. The need to get to your DR—and the fear that you can’t—evaporate the moment you own this power. It’s like a fog lifting. Suddenly, everything is clear:
You are the one who shifts realities, not the one begging realities to shift you.
And another thing: shifting isn’t just about getting to one reality. Shifting is vast. Shifting is expansion. When you shift, you grow. You widen your awareness. You unfold. And it’s because of that growth—because of who you become in the process—that you see your DR. Yes you can shift angry, yes you can shift depressed, anxious, whatever. My point is that the minute you decide to shift, your awareness expands. It does not matter if the method “worked” or not.
You decided = your awareness located that desire = it expanded to show it to you because it was already there.
And if you’re now rolling your eyes thinking:
“Great advice, idiot, obviously I’d know I’m a master shifter by now if I was actually shifting constantly.”
Really? Let’s go over the proof conundrum again:
You think “proof” of being a master shifter looks like instant, visible reality swaps on command, 24/7, with no “misses” ever. But that’s backwards.
Shifting is cause → action → outcome.
The cause is you deciding to shift. The action is your intention, observation, assumption, or method. The outcome is the shift itself.
This is true even if you’re someone who believes your DR is always there and you just need to decide to shift. You say it, so it is. You perform an action, it HAS to have an outcome.
Every “attempt” you’ve ever made, every 3 AM scripting binge, every lucid dream practice, every time you’ve closed your eyes and meant it—that is proof. Proof is not “I see my DR and now it’s mine.” Proof is you doing the thing that leads to the outcome.
Every attempt is a success because it confirms you took the action that precedes shifting. That’s not “failure.” That’s you racking up evidence, even if your mind tries to spin it as “nothing happened.” You did something, and now it needs to have an outcome.
That’s why I tell people to notice how BIZARRE it is that they’ve been trying for X years and supposedly nothing happened. It’s an illusion.
You are already a master shifter. Not because of some external scoreboard, but because identity is not something you “prove” through results—it’s what you are. You don’t prove you’re alive by taking your pulse every five minutes. You don’t prove you’re a human by getting DNA tests before each meal. You are.
But you do have proof you’re a master shifter. Don’t even argue.
“How?? I’ve never seen my DR, so where’s the proof?”
First of all, shifting is not something you learn. It’s something you realize you can do. It’s already built into the system of your very being. You can’t learn shifting, just like you can’t UNLEARN shifting.
Second of all, you have months, years of proof. All those times you intended to be in your DR, you were. The illusion (habitual sensory observation) convinced you you weren’t, so you dropped it and returned to CR perspective.
If you intended, you acted. If you acted, you shifted. If you shifted, you succeeded. The illusion made you think you failed, but you can’t unshift what you shifted unless you intend to.
Your entire backlog of “failed” attempts is a glowing archive of proof that you are a master shifter who can shift on command, any moment you decide.
You don’t need new proof. You are the proof. And you’ve been proving it, over and over, without even realizing it.
Let’s go down the undisprovable route for a second.
You agree, right? If you do something repeatedly, you master it. “Practice makes perfect.” That’s how humans understand skill-building. And what have you done over and over? Shifting attempts. You’ve mastered doing shifting attempts. You know how it goes—lights off, headphones in, method on deck, intention locked.
But you think you’ve been “failing” the methods this whole time, so you assume you’ve mastered failure. Except here’s the catch:
You can’t master failure. Failure isn’t even real in this context because you never intend to fail. If your intention is “I am shifting to my DR,” failure is not the intended outcome. You intended to shift.
And if you take into account that action = outcome, and your intended action was to shift (not to fail), then the outcome was a shift.
“But I didn’t see my DR!”
That’s the illusion of continuity. You shifted, then looked around, and your senses told you the same old CR story, so you believed them and dropped the intention. That’s all.
Even if you intended to remain in your CR to “work things out” after a “failed attempt,” you were still exactly where you intended to be. You never missed. Your awareness always lands where you point it.
In sum:
If observing that you already have your desire makes you want to tear your hair out, then shift your gaze: Observe that you are the kind of person who easily gets what they want.
And you have proof to back that up. You don’t need proof, because whatever you decide simply is.
But if the proof is sitting right there, piled up at your feet—Why not look at it? Why not let it remind you who you are?
My dude, you have been trying to shift for months. Or for years. It’s done. It is. Done. Finished. Claim that you are a master shifter, because It’s impossible that you’ve been trying for this long, and don’t have results.
You do. The results are just waiting for you to stop affirming that you’re already in your DR when you don’t even like that affirmation. Zoom out and stop trying to see your DR, your desire. And realize that the fact that you’re the awareness that HAS that desire is all you need for the outcome to slap you in the face.

“But I’m still in my CR” “But I still can’t shift”
Let’s ruin that illusion real quick because this is the last time I’ll address this. This red coke can is your CR:

Lately you’ve gotten a bit sick of its flavor, so you want to shift to your DR, which is this lovely black can of Coke Zero:

So you shift—doesn’t matter if it's law of assumption, law of attraction, non-duality, rampaging, witchcraft, whatever it is that floats your boat. You shift. You did your shifting attempt.
You open your eyes and see the same red coke can you’ve seen a thousand times:

You roll your eyes because you were supposed to shift last night, you intended to be in your DR, you did your method, your affirmations, your rampage, your prayer, your script, your meditation, your meltdown, your “I am god” moment—and yet you wake up, look around, and it’s still the same damn red can.
“It didn’t work.” “I’m still here.” “Nothing happened.”
But zoom in. Click on the image and zoom in. What color is the can? The stripes you swore were red are actually black. The red is a lie. An illusion. Your eyes don’t see reality. They see light. Your brain doesn’t render reality. It predicts it, using your observations, and yesterday’s data as a stencil because continuity feeds you an illusion that’s easier to process than the raw truth.
Does this mean that reality is delayed? No. If you think there’s a gap you need to sit in, waiting until your brain catches up, it’s an illusion.
And then you spend months, years, stacking up these optical illusions. After every shifting attempt, you add another to the pile. Soon, you’re sitting on a mountain of black cans you swear are still red.
And that’s fine. Because what you intend—is. If you keep observing your CR and toss aside your intention because “it didn’t work,” then yeah, you’re in your CR. The minute you look for ways to re-do the intention, the intention is dropped.
Butttt, your mind knows that you intend to shift, just like it knows how to shift. The intention to shift is within your awareness, so it never leaves you, just like how the ability to shift and be in your DR is within your awareness. Or that you intend to become a master shifter. So look at your collection.

*gasp*You’re a master can collector now! You’re a master shifter without even realizing it. Every single “failed” attempt is a black can in your stash. That’s evidence. Proof. Each can says: you did it, you shifted, you intended, you acted.
You’ve been a master shifter from the moment you decided it, but now you have a mountain of cans proving it to yourself.
You might be in your CR right now if that’s what you intend, but you have the ability to shift to your DR whenever you want.
Intention = Decision. The moment you intend, it is.
Wavering = Doubt/complaints. This does not erase intention. It’s like whining after submitting an order—it doesn’t cancel it unless you actively cancel it.
Dropping intention = Actively deciding you don’t have it anymore. You chose to retract. But the intention isn’t GONE. It’s still in your pile.
“I know I have it, but—” Cool, that’s just you wavering. So long as you know it’s yours, say whatever you want.
“I’m not in my DR because I tried to shift and it didn’t work, so now I have to try again” Aaaaand you threw your Coke Zero can back into the pile.

the senses shift last mindset is quietly ruining your journey
this whole senses shift last business has become a bit of a poisoned chalice. and i'm not saying that it's completely off the mark, it's not, but people take it and run in the entirely wrong direction. and when you're on the wrong track, no amount of speed is going to get you where you're meant to be.
so, now what it ends up doing is sneaking delay in through the back door.
like, okay, let's say you've ticked the box, signed the form, said "i'm in my dr," and then instead of just cracking on with it, you sit tight, waiting for the walls to turn marble white gold and the air to smell like the fragrance of jannah. and when that doesn't happen in five minutes flat, you say.....ah, well. senses shift last. i suppose it's still on the way.
when you do that, what you're actually doing is making waiting your state. we're past the point where you're assuming you're already there, now you're just assuming that you'll get there eventually, which means you're not there yet. and if you're not there yet, where are you?
right. still over here.
people in this community treat delay as if it's some abstract obstacle imposed by the universe or whatever system you subscribe to, alas, it is not an admin error or a queue in customs. it is entirely a you thing. it is you assuming it'll happen later, that it's not here now. that it's coming, but not arrived. and because you assume that, your awareness sits in the version of reality where you're still waiting.
it is entirely self-fulfilling, and you're dressing for a flight you've already missed.
the trouble is that people are pinning everything on the moment it feels different. they want the moment and the proof and the gut punch of realisation that comes along with it. but if you're chasing a moment, you're not living in the state, now you're just chasing it. you're treating the assumption as if it's a bet you picked, and now you're pacing the bookie's window to see if your horse came in, that's not how it works.
what's happening under the hood is: you affirm i am in my dr, and in doing so, you're placing your awareness there. like actually and practically because now that's where you are. and every time you come back to it, i am in my dr, you're reorienting. literally adjusting the wheel while driving. i hope. HOPE! you know that you're not waiting for something to occur, now you're just staying in line with what already is.
now, if instead, you go: "i am in my dr, but nothing has changed, so maybe it’s not working yet" then congratulations, you've booted yourself out of the assumption and back into the waiting room.
you're checking the post box for a letter you already wrote, signed, sealed, and sent to yourself.
this is what senses shift last should mean, that the feedback from your senses is often lagging behind the state you've chosen, and not because it's trying to punish you or teach you something. it's just a matter of where attention goes, your five senses are creatures of habit, they need a bit of time to catch up with what you've already internally accepted.
if you're standing around waiting for confirmation, you're doing what every beginner in this space does. you're treating the assumption as a request, not as the shift itself. you're assuming "i've affirmed, now the world will show me something." which is not how it works, the shift doesn't happen after the world proves it. the shift IS the moment you assumed. the rest is none of your business.
you think you're being realistic by saying "well, obviously it's not here yet, but it will be," but actually what you're doing is anchoring yourself to that very state of absence.
cause now every time you look around and say, it's not here yet, but it will be, you are doubling down on the idea that it's not here yet, not that it might be.
you're essentially watering the weed and then wondering why your flower bed is bare.
delay is not about time, nor is it about the universe putting you in a holding pen. your brain is dragging its feet. it's about you saying, i'll believe it when i see it, and then not seeing it, and then not believing it. and round it goes.
that's what delay is. it's a treadmill.
because you're literally not waiting for your senses. they are waiting for YOU.
this isn't a call for blind faith or performative cheerfulness or about pretending something's real until you're blue in the face.
you're understanding that awareness is the engine room, what you pay attention to IS what you affirm, and what you affirm is where you go.
so stop treating your senses like a litmus test.
it doesn't matter if you feel it. it doesn't matter if you see it.
it does not at all matter if the walls are still the same colour or your hands look the same. what matters is: did you say it? did you assume it? then that's it, and you're done, and now hold your line.
if you want to actually live in your dr, and not just sit at the platform waiting for the train to arrive, you've got to stop asking your senses for permission. so stop waiting for the fireworks, stop treating doubt like a weather system you have to brace for, your assumption is the state, your awareness is the shift.
now before the whole thing gets tied up with a neat little bow, we've got to address the panic side of things. because if there's one thing that really gums up the works, it's people thinking that their assumption isn't good enough, or isn't working, or that they've somehow done it wrong.
and once that line of thinking creeps in, the whole thing starts unravelling like a jumper caught on a nail.
so let's get this down plain and clear: changing your assumption is not akin to some metaphysical divorce proceeding.
you're not locked into one idea like it's a mortgage. you're allowed to, and in fact expected to, reorient. if you realise you've gone off course or gotten spooked by the silence, all you've got to do is pick a new line and keep walking. no bells and whistles, you shift the assumption, not the stars.
when you panic over whether or not the assumption is solid, or whether you've ruined the shift by having a bit of a wobble, you're playing hide and seek with your own reality. and not in a fun way.
you're the one with your hands on the wheel, right? and if you're constantly waiting for someone else to tell you it's safe to proceed, you're going to end up stuck at the lights until kingdom come.
when you fall into this pattern, the checking, the worrying, the outsourcing, what you're really doing is giving your power away to an imaginary tribunal. you're acting as if there's a central authority somewhere, monitoring your thoughts and stamping them approved or denied. there isn't, it's just you, always has been.
and yes, of course senses shift last can be comforting. especially for people who've spent years waiting, waiting to be seen, waiting to be chosen, waiting to feel different, waiting for a break, it slots right into the familiar groove. it says: don't worry, the delay is part of the process. you're doing fine. you'll get there. just trust this.
and it's tempting to cling to that, because in a world that runs on deferred gratification, it fits like an old pair of shoes.
alas, that comfort can turn into complacency, and then into passivity, and then into this soft-focus patience that masks what's actually happening, which is: you're sitting in the same place, hoping something external will do the heavy lifting.
but yet. shifting isn't something done to you, it's something you are.
you don't need to sit and twiddle your thumbs while waiting for confirmation.
nor do you need to wrestle with the question of whether it's happening.
you say it, and then you hold your line.
and if you wobble? if you slip? if the old assumptions creep back in? no need to light a candle or start over.
just drop the old one as if it's a bad habit and keep going. carry on as if.
that's all.

I actually swear on this, it doesn't matter who you are, how much symptoms you experience during each attempt, how you assume, also this post won't have any fancy or heavy words, to make this accessible for everyone.
I've hinted this before in my previous post. I named this "melt, mold and rise" method. This post will be in depth detail, covering every corner and doubt. It will feel like me walking you through shifting.
As the name suggests, this method is divided in three phases.

If you're a shifter, you're already familiar with what this entails. I just put a weird word to it, read ahead and it'll make much more sense.
What am i supposed to do in this step?
Shift in this reality. Don't reread that. sorry for the random cut off, but here is some important background you have to read before we move forward:
"If we were to ever talk about diagnosing the root of shifting "blockages" the first topic I'll bring up is that you almost always, attempt shifting here. So what happens is that shifting is no longer considered a multiversal travel in a snap but rather a ability this reality possesses. This reality is not your base reality but you sure do treat it like one. Sleep methods, dependent on sleep here. Awake methods focused on symptoms here. Subliminals, reprogramming your mind here. Without sounding like the biggest asshole for having shifted, all of these "precautions", "locking in", "robotic affirming" is the biggest most useless waste of time which only wears yourself out here and makes you lean into the hollow and grounded directions of this reality. This reality is not special enough to put it on this high of a pedestal. Are you telling me you can only shift if you please the terms and conditions of this reality? Let's save ourself the years of wait, seclude this reality, and your desired reality. Only you can grant mere realities the right of existence, through the key that is your consciousness.
Instead of satisfying realities, satisfy yourself. Instead of serving realities let realities serve you."
Tldr: the reason you're unable to shift is that you try to shift in this reality.
Why would I add this step if we are not supposed to do this?
We do have to get away from this reality. We simply move past this reality by adopting and completing the activities that we would do mindlessly while in desperation to shift, here.
What is the course of action in this step?
Affirm normally. Set an intention that you've shifted to your dr and make your brain go blank here. You can do this by focusing on the blankness behind your eyes. You can choose to repeat a mantra.. all the things you've heard and done before.
An important note to take: at this point, you've shifted out of this reality. Intention are direct instructions and firm decisions made by the consciousness. You can't argue with your consciousness.
Right at this stage you will feel resistance from your brain and body here. Do not get demotivated when your brain starts checking for symptoms, or when it demands proof.
With an intention you have certainty. Lightly rehearse the intention in your mind with confidence. Observe the struggle turning into acceptance. It will give in, once you don't give up.
This entire phase is only supposed to last for 3 minutes. You won't be keeping track of time. Time would have disappeared for you. For the sake of this post we are timing it.
This entire process would have last 3 hours. You shortened it by accessing your consciousness.
Now that you're not here...

Your awareness needs an outlet. Now that you've stripped it of the previous reality it was in its the perfect time to plug it in your desired reality.
You are there, but you will become aware of it in this step.
What is the course of action in this step?
Affirm, think, realise in whatever way you can:
"I have gained awareness in my dr."
Softly and gently guide your awareness to this reality. You don't force it because you have no reason to. At this point you're still in your dr, remember and hold onto that.
5 senses. Light visualisation. Adding context to how you ended up where you are currently in your dr. Twitch your fingers and toes as your dr self (< this is the premise of the "puppeteer method"), get ready to start your new day in your dr. You pick up your dr self from here. It's your territory now. You can drop the hyper vigilance if you'd like. Get comfy. It's alright if you acknowledge or excite over being there, just don't let that translate to excitement regarding almost touching the ground in your dr. The only logic that's valid in the multiverse are the actions your consciousness performs. We've intended we are in our drs. Don't invalidate logic.
You can start thinking like your dr self. It's up to you to determine if you're even thinking or you are just waking up groggy from sleep. Don't berate yourself or ever stop yourself when you think things aren't going according to plan. There is no plan. There is just plain and simple existence.
This phase should take you around 5 minutes.

Reality will trigger for you.
If you have a "feeling" that you're not in your dr, bring up the intention with force, like how you would recall any other truth of basic nature; like how grass is green. so that doubts feel stupid for doing their job.
You can also have a conversation with your consciousness, as strange as it sounds, your dr self can be made aware of the shift by your consciousness therefore solidifying the shift in your dr.
You can also have a conversation with your spiritual guide or ... God.
It will all tie together when the idea of the previous reality feels more unreal. You don't have to get overly celebratory, overly emotional. When the intention bounces along the walls of your consciousness, the previous reality has no power against it, considering you don't let doubts strip you of your right to be in your dr.
Any other figments of negative emotions and circumstances will dissappear.
Once you get clarity of your own command, you'll realise:
You brought yourself here, and you'd realise here that all you needed was yourself to shift. Literally.
Since you've shifted here, we are not keeping track of time even on text because your time in your dr is indefinite and up to you... duh.

The code to shifting is intend through your consciousness (not through your brain), the brain has no role in shifting. Your awareness is the turn of the key to your dr. You don't even have to properly align with your dr, simply because you are already aligned since before you were even born.
Utilise consciousness and awareness, that's all you need to do. Now let's stop the discourse of how to shift, at least I'll stop from my side.
I highly recommend lengthening the method if it suits you, just whatever keeps you comfortable.
Also, go try this out right now in the bathroom. On the contrary you can even shorten it up.

“If I intended to shift to my DR why am I still seeing my CR?”
Ok let’s show you in real time why that’s not true. Not invalidating your experience or feelings, but this will help you see what I mean.

First: Find a doorway between two rooms, or any place where you can move from Point A to Point B. You could do this at home when you’re calm, so people in public don’t look at you like you’ve lost your mind. But it can be anywhere.
Next: Grab your headphones. Put on a song. Any song, but make it LOUD if you can. If you can’t handle loud, that’s fine, just put it at a comfy volume, but if you can, crank it up.
Now: Close your eyes. CLOSE THEM. Do a make-shift blindfold if you have to, but keep them shut.
You’re in Room A, music blasting, eyes closed.
Now, walk to Room B with your eyes still closed. Step through the doorway.
You’re in Room B now, right? But the music you were hearing in Room A is still the same. The visuals—the black behind your eyelids—still the same.
Soooo
 how are you sure you’re in Room B?
“Uh, because I walked there.”
Really? Are you sure about that? The sound didn’t change. The visuals didn’t change. So how do you know you’re in Room B?
“Well, duh, because I moved. I walked into Room B, and if I walk somewhere, I move there.”
Exactly. That’s shifting. You walked (intended, assumed, observed, used a lucid dream, void, meditated—whatever you do) and moved. does that mean you’re still in Room A?
The music from the “old reality” is still playing. The visuals from “old reality” are still there (eyes closed). But you’re in Room B.
It's why intention/action → guaranteed outcome.
You can’t see it with your eyes closed, yet you know you’re there because you walked there.
The music and black behind your eyes are continuity, but the location changed instantly.
“Seeing = proof” is false; action is the proof.
You choose to walk there using whatever works for you. It can be any view, law, method or technique. All of them are valid because they’re all action.
“Okay but how do I open my eyes then?”
You don’t need to. That’s the gag.
You thinking you need to open your eyes to see your DR is like saying you need to open your eyes to confirm you’re in Room B, when you already are. The visuals don’t prove where you are—the fact you moved (intended) proves where you are.
The urge to “open your eyes” comes from thinking you’re still in Room A because the music and visuals didn’t change. But if you get why intention = outcome, you realize:
→ You don’t need visuals to confirm your DR.
→ You don’t need to “break the illusion.” The illusion breaks when you see it doesn’t make sense to demand visual proof when action already happened.
If you really want to “open your eyes,” then:
Recognize that you already have your DR because you intended it. See how absurd it is to think you don’t have it just because you’re still hearing the “music” of your CR.
Relax your mind, let go of “needing to see,” and watch how your awareness starts letting in DR proofs in ways that feel natural.
