i haven't posted on here in about a year but,

i'm not a twenty one pilots stan.

i think an important part of who they are and what they represent as a band is growing up, dealing with pain and anger and fear and frustration and sadness and all the negative emotions of the world through their music. they write scenarios for people that cant verbalize how they feel and as a mental escape for themselves.

and of course, i'm still dealing with the negative emotions of the world, but as i continued to listen to them, i realized i was over all of that specific era of my life where i needed them. i'm so glad they're a band i found and was able to laugh, cry, and celebrate with, but i feel like it's time to fully put this era to rest.

so thank you so much to the wonderful, kind people i've met through this band and thank you to this band. stay alive, even if it gets tough. |-/
