I was accused of SAME for having ADHD.

I was in asylum where i was accused of this for DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, AND PARANOIA.

I believe you can even apply it to people with OCD, they're just see everyone else as expendable and play pranks to gain empathy, like this is some trend on tiktok, they don't really have issues. /satire

You know the experiment which one doctor did about how heathy people with no psychopathy will be diagnosed if there was a LIE and a HINT about how they may be malicious manipulator. And how they were "cured"? They weren't, they just was in limbo in trying to prove to doctors that they're humans, and doctors never believed them when they showed that they're not manipulators in test and capable of empathy, because "oh you must just manipulate me to decide that you're healthy".

Y'all people do not understand how fucking harmful ableism towards systems is. You really do not get it. It fucked me up so bad. My ex partner said straight to my face "Your DID makes me kinda uncomfortable."

I was so open about my system. I was healing. Our amnesia was getting better, we could communicate, trauma wasn't as scary when we were all working together. All of that is gone now and it's because of how my ex partner treated my system.

I can't be open about it anymore. I feel like I have to hide it. I feel disgusting. I feel like no one will love me. I'm scared to switch because I feel like my partner might leave me if I do. My ex made me SCARED to have an already scary disorder.

Ableism is a beast that can destroy people with a single sentence.

one of the most impressive animals I met this year was a huge platyrhacid millipede, found chugging through some bamboo leaf litter in Malaysia.

he was a pleasant weight to hold in the hand, but spread out over so many gentle, graceful legs. the video offers a nice look at his eyeless face—all polydesmidan millipedes lack eyes.

I only hung onto this animated spinal cord for about thirty seconds before setting him back in the leaves, but I recall this encounter so vividly. a truly memorable creature

these army ants tend to move in groups of 4, with the line leader leading the expeditions. They have terrible eyesight, so rely on the sound of the Line Leader's bell staff, and the the pheromone map made by the previous expedition to know where they're heading.

It def worked! Very good long friend. I think millipedes have the ideal body plan. I couldn't say exactly which species that one is, though. The weevil is likely a white-fringed weevil, but the caterpillar I couldn't say for sure without more distinctive markings but mayyyybe a fall armyworm or similar noctuid. Slorg....idk maybe an Arion slug. And finally a goth beetle! I am genuinely unsure about this fella. The legs and antennae look like a stag beetle but the rest doesn't look familiar to me
