God's mighty intervention in designing my destiny

If you ask any person as such, would he or she want to live a life that has no purpose or meaning attached to it? The answer would definitely be NO. Come what may, no person as such would want to live a life that has no meaning. Every individual wants to live a life that has a definite meaning, and that's how we as humans get to see so many people striving to be someone or achieve something in their respective lives. It could be job-related, it could be a car, it could be a bike, it could be anything that uplifts a person's will to live.

For instance, a boy who has been through life and death situation but still, against all odds, was saved is considered to be the lucky one. I remember there was once a boy who met with a horrific accident where the boy's legs were crushed by the bus as it fell on his side.

Luckily, the boy began to complain about the excruciating pain in his legs because the nerves in his legs were alive, even if they had taken the weight of the bus, and I so happened to see visible marks on his leg from one side which had surgical stitches, started from his hip joint all the way to his ankle.

I am no medical expert, but by the looks of it, I can assure you there was no chance for him to complain of any pain at all. As I had suspected that his legs should be invalid, or in other words, he should be paralyzed waist down.

But as one knows, the world is in His hands, and that is to say, He will decide what happens and with whom it happens. So, the sheer oddity in my own accident case and that of the boy's case just so happens to be similar, as both scenarios won't have any possibility of staying alive.

I believe that God Almighty has sent his powerful angels to rescue us from our different life-altering situations.

Even if my case is to be discussed, it would be no less than a sheer miracle of God. Even to this day, when I recollect the episode right from the start, and replay it in my mind. I miserably fail to come to a logical explanation, and the only explanation that I can give to myself or anyone else for the said matter is that "GOD ALMIGHTY DIVINELY INTERVENED IN MY CASE."

I know this as a matter of fact that the chances of receiving a huge impact directly on one's head, more specifically from the front, is more than enough to either kill you or cause irreparable damage and possibly can lead you to a lifelong coma.

But after the impact I still remember of not losing my consciousness and physically rolling out from under the sand filled dumper which clearly went over me and I remember I did the rolling out act because of my father's life saving advice and that was no matter what the situation may be one should always be calm about it and calmly handle the situation. Believe it or not those who do so have the higher chances of salvaging from the situation itself.

Don't just wave the white flag just yet without even trying to do something about it. It's been said that God also expects that you as a person should take the initiative and do the needful and allow God to do the rest for you.

Even after receiving a great impact, which caused me to undergo surgery for my nose, which was turned to one side, and receiving 6-7 facial fractures, and even a slight amount of my wrist getting fractured as well. I am today perfectly healthy, all because the Father in heaven had decided to have mercy upon me, and that simply means that He has a definite purpose reserved for me.

That's why He is training me in all sorts of ways, so that at the opportune time I can be ready to serve his purpose, and that's how I will get to live a life that is meaningful in his sight.

Coping with anxieties in these stressful times

In the world we all live in, it is already a stress-filled environment. We don't have to invite "The Person called the Stress" into our lives; it is already present in our individual lives. Ever since our birth, the word stress has self-invited into our lives. During the development years, we simply come across situations that are stress-inducing. Stress comes because of external factors, but anxiety happens on its own.

It's been said that anxiety is part of a person's daily life; in other words, it simply means that no matter what the person does to eliminate the word anxiety from his or her life, will miserably fail in doing so. That is simply because of the fact that life is pretty unpredictable, and that is to say that, come what may, one cannot predict one's future.

Maybe one would approach an astrologer to get a hint of what would happen in the near or the distant future, but as one knows, only God in heaven can rightfully predict the future and even control it.

Yes, that being said, life on earth comes with its own individual challenges and whether one likes it or not. Everyone should get on board with the programme, and not just that, they also have to do the needful, and that is to use the resources that are provided to them to develop themselves for the betterment of their future.

In one particular survey that was conducted, it was found that a considerable portion of the mass population suffers from abnormal levels of anxiety, fear, stress, insecurity, lack of genuine happiness, lack of purpose in life, depression and so on, it seems that our Country India faces high percentage of people who take to the extreme step and that is by ending their lives or simply committing suicide.

Strikingly, a new health problem has cropped up, and that is a mental health issue, and the bigger problem is to overlook it and ignore it altogether, which eventually leads to more mental stress, and which also significantly affects our body as a whole.

So if anyone as such wishes to find logical solutions for this problem to simply go away, they should bring healthy habits into their lives. Say, for eg, a person can go for a jog, or he/she can choose the easier option of meditation (either by listening to religious programmes or religious songs), identify possible stress-inducing sources, and if it is practically possible to eliminate those stress-inducing sources, one should simply go ahead and eliminate them.

Sooner or later, it will show its positive effect, and more importantly, one should have a balanced lifestyle, in other words, one should have a balanced diet, have a minimum of 7 hours of sleep, and should not eat late at night or go to bed late at night, should not watch stress-inducing programmes on the tv or pc or smartphone, if possible avoid confrontation, do not push yourself in a negative sense (for eg., do not over exercise your body), have plenty of drinking water.

Children playing the victim card

Many times, I have heard parents say to their children that they are playing the victim card. Children get angry with the unfair behavior of their parents, although parents claim to have the best interests of their children at heart.

But somehow the child feels hurt and wronged, and he/she want emotional support, which they feel is actually not coming from the parents.

The parents shout and insult the child, which gnaws at their self-respect. The child feels that they are undermining the effort and care that he shows as a family member.

As a life coach, I personally feel, this happens in most young adults' lives, especially in the Indian context. This, I feel, happens because of generational differences and expectations.

Parents are just one part of your world. I can relate to this very well, because my dad has a NO for any and everything. That's how I feel. But very foolishly, I ask for things that are irrelevant and cannot be met or catered to at that moment. His NO is absolutely correct, and if I am able to see it through his glasses, then it all makes sense, and once you see this pattern, you can handle it.

Toxic relationships and friendships

As a life coach, toxic relationships and friendships take a heavy toll on anyone. You sometimes grow distant from your own family and break off all other friendships just to sustain some present relationships or friendships.

When this happens, you are all alone, sad, and weighed down by regret over past choices. In such circumstances, don't try to blame yourself or shame yourself.

Learning from mistakes matters. As human beings, we sometimes mess up. The best thing to do is to become friends with yourself, remind yourself that you didn't plan to end up here, and recognize that you were doing the best at that time.

Now gently support yourself as you take small steps towards forming new friendships or even reconnecting with people you distanced yourself from. Some of these efforts can grow into beautiful new beginnings.

Blog about the darkness in a messed up human being

Ratsasan is a movie based on Psychological issues similar to a Psycho Killer who kills innocent teenage girls all because of his disturbed childhood.

As per the survey conducted by Medical Science on the subject of irrational violent behaviors exhibited by the patients is mainly because of their individual experience in the past, mostly relating to a Disturbed Childhood for eg. Violent or Aggressive parents or unfriendly environment and if the said person lives in Hostel even then it is quite possible to bring out such Psycho tendencies and additional reasons could be media sources such as violent PC Games and that's why the makers make it certain that they do not support such inhumane behaviors or violence.

There are scores of Movies or Dramas based on Psychopathic killer such as the South Indian Movie named SPYDER which was released in the year 2017 it focuses on two brothers and they had a father who was the caretaker or might say who manages funeral rites and thus the boys got OBSESSED with DEATH and went on a killing spree in the village and when this fact was known ,the villagers burned the boys home and in which the boys lost their parents and in retaliation the boys when grown up into men started killing people in the City and one of our favorite actor Mr. Mahesh Babu took upon himself to find out the identity of the serial killer.

The moral of the story is that we all have DEMONS inside us and the only difference is that how we equip ourselves to fight against that very Demon should be our number one priority! Some call it DEMONS and some in the language of Medical Science call it SADISTIC TENDENCIES, all in all what needs to be done in order to overcome such tendencies should be encouraged for the betterment of human society and if one knows there was yet another movie based on senseless killings called the PURGE and its series which was based on SOCIOLOGICAL THEORY OR PSYCHOPATHIC TENDENCIES!

My honest thoughts regarding the mysterious death of SSR (Sushant Singh Rajput)

For us as Indians SSR (Sushant Singh Rajput) will always be alive in our hearts. To be frank with you guys when the news regarding Sushant came out the whole country was in turmoil.

We simply couldn't believe that our Favourite actor was no more. We demanded answers regarding the mysterious death of Sushant Singh Rajput and yes till date investigation is still going on.

Back then on public demand the center had sent CBI officers( Central Bureau of Investigations ) to conduct investigation relating to the actor's suicide because there were so many faults in the investigation that people started calling the supposed investigation fake and later on the Supreme Court gave its statement that the actor had committed suicide but still even now we are not satisfied because after the actor had passed away a number of deaths took place in the industry and most importantly Sushant Singh's manager dropped to her death from a building fully naked and not just that after probing into the case some suspicious facts came out in the open.

One Rhea Chakraborty, Sushant's Girlfriend toxic relationship, Gym trainer saying his performance had gone down, He was being given suspicious medication which resulted in his health being deteriorated, Rhea's family was in the morgue for 45 minutes instead of Sushant's family, Rhea Chakraborty's brother a possible drug addict on the suspicious Whatsapp messages, possible of trying to kill CBI officials in a road accident which was deliberate and Kangana Ranaut's Office being demolished for she had raised her voice against Thackeray a politician in relation to SSR. I for one never saw such a dark side of Bollywood which is heavily backed by Mafia, Politicians and some influential people in the Bollywood industry. I really hope justice is rendered!

Well, In the history of bizzare deaths over the period be it Hollywood or Bollywood or any field of work. It has been included in the list of Mysterious deaths which till date haven't been solved.

As per your request to include a person who had garnered quiet a reputation and suddenly some day under the most unusual circumstances the person is found dead and apparently there is no actual tangible evidence calling it as a case of suicide.

In the world of crimes a perfect crime would be where there are no witnesses, no finger prints, no motive, or any other kind of evidence and shockingly no specific suspect.

In such a scenario we as humans can only do one thing pray to God to render Justice for the innocent soul. I believe nature has its own ways of handling a situation that which is beyond human control.

As far as taking matters in one's own hands and seeking justice in one's way is actually quiet tempting as if eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth, but that being said if we actually do it what difference would it have between us as an innocent people who just would want to do like anything to make things right and them the forever I am gonna rule their lives according to my desires kind of people! For such people I pity them because digging a pit for some one who is innocent and having thought that he/she will fall into it and they would laugh where as on the contrary it has been proved that such people have fallen into the same pits they had dug for others!!!

Blog about Relationships

Today I decided to write about the word relationships. This word Relationships shows us, how the humans in the society function as one.

The society is formed keeping in mind the desire to live and socialize with one another. The word relationships in the human world could mean - Father to Son/Daughter, Mother to Son/Daughter, Father in law/Mother in law to Son in law or Daughter in law, Uncle and Aunt, Nephew and Niece, Brother in law and Sister in law, Teacher and Student (Male and Female) and so on.

Without the basic necessity of a relationship being fulfilled, it is practically impossible for an individual to develop and grow into a learned human being. In the early days the human society was divided into different groups which later on made it really suffocating to the not so privileged section of the society and thus made those group of people to be neglected and oppressed but as years passed by the brilliant effect of Education made it possible for the weaker section of the society to equally participate in the affairs of the society.

Well, the concept to educate the masses is quite controversial, as one wanted to uplift the weaker section of society, while the other wanted to use them for their own personal gains.

Thus, the divide between the same group of people became one of the key issues for gaining Independence so late from the colonial rule. But as they say, to each their own, and that is to say no one can impose their way of thought process over the other, and that too forever.

It is said that when Mandela who was the leader for liberating the African Country from the apartheid system was imprisoned for opposing the apartheid based on white supremacy for over 27 years and his imprisonment led the masses to openly talk about him which eventually led to the decision to be taken to release Mandela and have him sit among the people to find out what would happen if they were to know that he was finally released and as the story goes-Mandela was made to sit at a restaurant unknown to his people about his release and that the person who was sitting among them was their leader.

Well, this decision was taken because the entire Country was talking about him, and the colonizers were afraid that a widespread riot would take place. Eventually, as the fate would have it, Mandela soon became a well-known political figure, and he was no longer intimidated by his oppressors and it so happened that during a speech organized by the foreign rulers, they wanted to appease the masses through manipulation but to their shock Mandela exposed their evil act by speaking about it without any fear.

The Dark Reality of the Prestigious Schools and Colleges!

For any parent as such they would want that their children get to study in well known and very good educational institution. In today's time where everything is going at a fast pace and competitions are becoming more competitive and the expenses are at all time high. There is yet another issue to address and that is to face the irrefutable dark truth about the educational system.

As one knows that places like Schools and Colleges are referred to as a place of immense knowledge but along with this obvious truth there is yet another truth of darkness within the premises of Schools and Colleges. The truth of unbelievable evil practices or acts that are often given a deaf ear and blind eye or in other words the cries of the innocent students is totally ignored.

Believe it or not apart from the pressure of clearing the exams with good marks and to get a good report on character, the innocent ones are subjected to remain silent and if they violate and even if they try to speak about the injustice being done to them they fear that their oppressors would take revenge on them and ruin their lives even to the point of innocent lives being lost.

Where there is good there is also evil - that is to say it is practically inevitable to face injustice in any manner. The words like ragging and bullying are the most hated words by the victims of such evil acts and this is very unfortunate to admit that it is a world wide issue. In the most extreme cases the graphic details create nightmares in the hearts and minds of people who learn about it through watching news channels and reading articles based on the atrocities committed by the evil people.

There is a Bollywood movie by the name of "Table Number 21" apparently the victim of initial bullying which later takes the form of extreme ragging as the movie progresses is only a harmless innocent boy who has done no wrong to anyone but is still subjected to the evil and most vile inhumane conduct, all for the sadistic pleasure of some wicked students.

As the movie progresses the boy's mental state slowly deteriorates and they constantly attack the boy's integrity and self confidence but eventually one day as the boy could no longer take it, the following scene shows that he is approaching the principal's office but to his bad luck he is coincidently stopped by two boys who belong to the bully's group and they instantly realize that he was about to complain to the principal about their evil conduct and they drag him to the roof top where all the members of the bully group surround him and the leader of the group has the audacity to say "We were only joking with you" and the shameless girl in the group says "My life was going to be destroyed" because of his complaint.

So, the main leader of the group demands that his clothes be removed and to make him completely naked and he also demands that he is shaved and they do so and the poor kid - the poor boy is completely devasted at his condition. The innocent girl who was his friend and who slapped him as she was forced to do so by the bullies since day one, couldn't do anything to save him from the savages.

In the climax of the movie where the lead character is made to shoot a boy in order to save his woman, but even though he is completely a trash person he just couldn't take the boy's life by shooting him and when he recognizes the boy, instantly he is taken back to the entire episode of destroying an innocent boy and also he is dumbstruck of even after aiming the gun to his temple and pressing the trigger he is still alive because the gun was empty right from the start. I mean he has the nerve to say to the father of the child that he and his group were just playing a harmless joke on him. The father loses it but still confronts by saying "Joke It was not a Joke You have made him in to a blank empty thing by ravaging his innocence" The conclusion line was off the charts when the father said "You are free to go but this sin will never leave you!"

"The moral of this story never ever confuse Bullying and Ragging as a Prank or a Joke!"
