Hi! Ah I basically just mean like, the story/origin of why I'm a magical girl and what the goal is? Like for example in Sailor Moon the sailor scouts have to protect the moon princess, and like in most Precure seasons they usually have to protect a kingdom of some kind. So it's kinda like that? Of course not all magical girls have this kind of thing, many just fight monsters in general but I wanted to manifest a story to follow :) If you still don't understand though pls lmk!!

Are there any specific tags for the irl magical girl community?

Honestly it's so hard to find tags or other irl magical girl accounts- 😭 I often just use #real magical girl but that doesn't always have what you may be looking for. BUT, if youre interested, there are countless magical girl journals on Wattpad and there are some irl magical girl Discord servers as well! I am in one called Mahou Planet, if you're interested I'd be happy to give an invite! :)

Do magical girl outfits have to be practical? Kinda a done question, but I just found your blog and got curious

Not really, no! I mean my magical girl outfit isn't the most practical but it still works, and you'd see magical girls running & fighting in heels and they're doing just fine! My only advice (which you totally don't have to follow) would be to not have super long skirts or big flowy sleeves as they could get in the way, other than that do whatever you want!!

I would totally recommend checking out @magicalgirldiaries!! They were chosen to be a magical girl rather than manifesting it, so it's rather interesting hearing about their experiences! They aren't too active nowadays but I'd still recommend having a look at their blog. :)

Hi! I was wondering about magical girl transformation, can you go more in depth about that?

Hello! Of course I can go more into depth, I'm not sure if you mean the transformations themselves or the road to transforming but I can talk about both.

So in order to successfully transform, the key things you need are manifestation and belief. If you don't believe you'll be able to transform then you won't! For manifesting, you can use a guide online such as: https://psychicelements.com/magical-manifestation-technique/

When manifesting you need to have your goal clear in your mind. In this case, it would be becoming a magical girl and transforming!

Now about the transformation itself, it'd be basically like how you see it in anime I guess? The transformation to others just happens in a flash but for the magical girl transforming they'd be sent to another plane briefly for the transformation which can take around 1 or 2 minutes. It's generally very sparkly & bright! :)

Simple Ways to be Like a Magical Girl! <3

How Can You Be Like a Magical Girl?

Being a magical girl is amazing work and is very fulfilling, however not everybody has that kind of time on their hands. That's why I've put together these simple ways to be just like a magical girl!

Tips!

Help others whenever you can. Help that old lady across the street and carry her bags, empty the dishwasher for your mam, help that girl stuck on a math question in your class, lend the tired girl on the train your shoulder! Even the simplest ways of helping someone could really make their day, and can make you feel accomplished!

Be kind to everybody you meet. This doesn't mean you have to like everybody, but you should just show everybody basic kindness & decency. If someone is going through a hard time, even just sending a smile their way or holding a door open for them can make them feel alot better.

Believe in yourself! Magical girls are always doing the impossible, why? It's because they believe in themselves; and you should too!! If you have a test coming up, a job interview, a show or anything really- just believe that you can do it and you'll do it amazingly!!

When you see danger... call the authorities!! Not everyone is built for fighting crime, that's what help is there for. If you see someone being hurt, some place being robbed, or anything of the sort- go call someone!

Dream big~ I believe that no dream is impossible, so whatever your dreams are believe that you can achieve them! No dream is too big or too small. If you want to be a singer but are afraid it's too ambitious, ignore that thought and keep pushing forward! You can do it if you try your best.

Conclusion

Life can be hard sometimes, and being a magical girl is busy work- so even just by doing these simple things you can make a difference and be a better person!! (´∀｀)♡

My Magical Girl Concept!

I meant to make this post like 2 weeks ago but I didn't have much motivation, sorry!! 😭 But it's here now so I hope you guys enjoy reading! :D

Welcome

Hey! So just in case you guys aren't sure what this post is about, make sure to check my introduction and my "What is a Magical Girl?" posts, just so there's no confusion! ... Have you checked them yet? You have? Okay cool!

So as you all know, I'm currently on my journey to becoming a magical girl- and of course, I know what kind of magical girl I plan to be! I'm going to be telling you guys about the basics of my concept, my teammates, my powers, my familiar, etc~

My Concept

Type: Pretty Cure

Concept: 4 Seasons

Themes: Nature, Time & Acceptance

Name: Cure Daisy, the Pretty Cure of Spring!

Catchphrase: The blooming Spring, ready to win! I'm Cure Daisy!

Companion: A bluebird called Michi

Teammates: Cure Flare, Cure Maple & Cure Snow

Powers: Plant manipulation! For example I can make vines come out of the ground, create flowers from the palm of my hand, etc.

Form: After transforming, my hair is pink and in two long pigtails. I wear a white bonnet with vines wrapping around the rim, and pink bows on the sides. I have white poofy sleeves with a green corset and pink bow with a daisy in the center. I have a white fluffy petticoat with pink petal kinda things over it. I wear green shoes with vines that wrap up some of my legs (kinda like ballerina shoes but with vines??) I also have green fingerless gloves and daisies in my pigtails.

Plot: The Garden of Time is a place in between the realm of Earth and Space. It is looked over by Mother Nature and her daughter Phoebe, and they protect Earth. There are also residents of the Garden of Time, they're cute animals that speak. Mother Nature was friends with the 4 goddesses of the seasons, they all took care of Earth together. However one day, the Garden of Time was attacked by an evil man called Thunder and his minions! Their goal was to slow down time to weaken Mother Nature, and to then stop time altogether on Earth too. As a last resort, Mother Nature called the Goddesses and concealed them & their power in the pretty cure rings. Their souls would be reincarnated in 4 girls, and they would later be given the rings and become the Precure! Thunder has a son and daughter, Ash and Hail. They find humans who were unable to move on from the past, and turn them into monsters that we must fight and purify! We basically have to protect Mother Nature & the Garden of Time and then defeat the villains.

Conclusion

There you have it! I hope that made sense ahah- Anyways, I've always dreamt of being a magical girl and I've always been fascinated by nature, so a concept that has alot of nature themes is perfect for me! I can't wait to start sharing my progress with you all~ <3

What is a Magical Girl and How do I Become One?

Disclaimer:

This is inspired by @laluneestclair 's post about becoming a magical girl. I decided to post about this topic as well so you all can have a better understanding of what I am personally doing to achieve my goal. I also thought it'd be fun to provide information too!

What is a Magical Girl?

A Magical Girl is a girl who has been chosen to protect the world from evil. They possess magical abilities usually given to them by companion creatures, however they can be obtained any other way too. These girls usually live an ordinary life; however, in the presence of danger, they can transform into a magical girl to fight monsters and the forces of evil. Magical girls aren't always girls, too! There are also magical boys & enbies, they just aren't as common. Magical girls were originally shown in fiction, and there are incredibly popular shows like Sailor Moon & Cardcaptor Sakura that portray magical girls! However, unbeknownst to many people (and the whole point of this post, and my whole blog) there are magical girls everywhere! You just can't see them most of the time, however it is 100% possible to become one. You may be thinking, "but that's crazy! It's not possible to be a magical girl!!" But I can assure you, there is much more to the world than us humans can comprehend at the moment. We only use 10% of our brains so we have no idea of what we are truly capable of.

How do I Become a Magical Girl?

There are mainly 2 methods to becoming a magical girl. Though magical girls are all united and work together, there are also different communities based for each method. The 2 methods are:

The Chosen Method

The Spiritual Method

This is a method I see used by many people in the mahou shoujo community. I know some people this has worked for as well! You can basically manifest becoming a magical girl.

You can read about manifesting here; (https://psychicelements.com/blog/magical-manifestation-technique/) ; however I will be talking about how I personally go about this. I introduce to you... subliminals!

What is a Subliminal?

Subliminals are affirmations layered over with music, white noise or sfx to manifest your desires (for example, a subliminal on manifesting red hair.) In this case, we'd use magical girl subliminals. Subliminals are in no way required, the human mind is totally capable of manifesting without these!! All you truly need s belief & intent. There are many magical girl subliminals on YouTube. Your subliminal playlist refers to the playlist you use for your subs (it's in the name-).

The Steps to Becoming a Magical Girl, Using This Information:

In this side of the magical girl community, we call the different steps to becoming a magical girl "shifts."

Fantasy Shift: This is the planning stage for what kind of magical girl you want to be! Wanna be an idol mg? Go for it! Wanna be baking themed? Cool concept~ Wanna be a witchy kind? I love that idea! The options are endless. But be prepared, there is alot of scripting (writing what you want) for this stage so be prepared to have very tired hands...

Mental Shift: This is pretty much the same as the fantasy shift, however this time you really need to imagine yourself as a magical girl. Help anybody in need, pick up garbage, be kind to all etc. You should be in the right mindset!

Phantom Shift: This is when you start feeling yourself becoming a magical girl. For example, you might feel yourself wearing your outfit or holding your weapon even if it's not there. These may also occur during meditation; by the way, meditation is very good for this kind of stuff!!

Physical Shift: The stage where you achieve full results and transform! There is lots of meditation, time & dedication needed for this stage.

You don't need to use those steps or any subliminals of course, however I put them there as they are very useful. In conclusion, anybody with the desire to become a magical girl is 100% capable of transforming into one! This may sound cliché but it's true; all you need is to believe in yourself and you can achieve anything!! <3

The Chosen Method

Typically, magical girls are usually portrayed as being seen as worthy and thus scouted by some sort of cute companion. This is not as heard of in real life aside from fiction, but it is actually possible to be chosen!! All it takes is to have a good heart and you may perhaps be recognised by this cute creature that is looking to scout. An example of a magical girl who was scouted is @magicalgirldiaries !! They have lots of cool stories so totally go check them out.

As I stated, the ones who scout magical girls are the companions or familiars. They come from a different plane, and scout magical girls to fight evil. They are usually very friendly & welcoming, and they look for people who are kind-hearted.

Conclusion

Becoming a magical girl is 100% possible, and all it takes is persistence and believing in yourself!! I believe that anyone is capable of being whoever they want to be, no matter how crazy it may seem. Trust that whatever you wish for will come true someday. ☆彡

Hey there! You can all call me Daisy, and I'm on my way to becoming a real, fully-fledged magical girl!! It won't be easy, but I'm happy to share this journey with all of you~ (づ*ᴗ͈ˬᴗ͈)づ*.ﾟ✿

Yes, this is 100% real! Of course it's not as easy as throwing glitter into the air and twirling around, though I wish it was haha... it requires alot of hardwork, effort and belief in myself!
