Not going to spoil this, but man…

I’ve waited for a year for them to finally show more season 2 characters for the live action of One Piece!

Never have I reacted to a character in such a way in the live action…I watched the “First Look” trailer with a friend, @spamtonjuice420 , and I completely lost it with them…like dude, the actor Oda picked for Smoker was a phenomenal choice! Callum Kerr is a Scottish actor, which makes me wonder how Smoker will sound like…I remember listening to Garp’s actor in the live action, and really liking the Scottish accent he brought to Garp’s character, so this will be genuinely interesting.

Gotta have a strong mouth to hold onto both cigars, it’s impressive to me. I know if I tried to do that for too long, my jaw would be exhausted lol. Seriously, I’m so excited for season 2 to release…and the fact season 3 is already been confirmed, makes me excited to see Crocodile! Joe Manganiello is perfect for his role, by the way…he knows his character so well.

Smoker’s outfit in the live action is so good man…also his hair looks so soft I just…yeah I love Smoker a lot. ✨

I recommend watching the live action of One Piece! It does a lot of things different than the anime, but honestly the pacing of the live action is much better — even if the episodes are longer.

This is going to be a vent post, so I’ll leave it on “keep reading” if this isn’t your kind of post. Thank you for reading regardless.

It’s regarding art trades, but mainly commissions as well. First off for art trades, I know I’ve been very slow on them…and I know some people will say “but you post doodles! Why can’t you work on art trades and such?” Why? Because I’ve hardly been home, and my energy has been depleting by a ton. In fact, I’m almost never home now. I’m trying my best to draw whenever I can. But when I draw, it’s mainly warmups.

So why am I not home? Because my household has gotten so unwelcoming, that I’m judged by my weight every day, being harassed to get a job, and getting called names. I’m tired of crying over these matters, so I’m just escaping the house daily to keep myself sane…

And I’ve been trying to distract myself by seeing my blorbos in many different medias, but mainly One Piece right now. I still love JoJo, but I definitely like jumping from one series to another.

Now for the main part of the vent: commissions. Because I’m unemployed, it’s been a struggle to make money other than dog walking…it’s 300$ a month, but it doesn’t help much when everything in this economy is so expensive, it’s even difficult getting food in these trying times. I’d have days where I’d starve myself because I lack the money, or I feel bad about my weight. Nor do my family ever support me financially anymore. They threw me into life with me having no knowledge of anything…unfortunately, they’ve either always done the bare minimum, or nothing at all.

Commissions are not going well for me. Yes, I have 7 commissions to work on currently, but they will take time because again…I’m not home much. Eventually, I will work on them and ensure they are good quality, all I ask is patience. People I dislike the most are pushy and impatient people constantly…or people that aren’t understanding of other people’s lives.

In addition to commissions, I’m only getting them from friends, even if I’ve made a post about it on Tumblr and is public. Although I know Tumblr isn’t exactly the most active place, it’s really all I got. At this point, I’m willing to throw in “Writing Commissions”, and charge 5$ CAD (Canadian currency) on those too, PayPal only. I’m getting desperate for money.

It’s a shame but, it’s all I can offer. Thank you for reading.

So I’ve been watching a lot of One Piece, and I would like to talk about Sir Crocodile in Alabasta. To those who haven’t gotten far into One Piece, I will put this on “keep reading” to avoid spoilers for others.

But buckle up, because this will be quite long haha.

This is when he’s talking to Nico Robin, and I’m pretty sure it’s about the progress on “Operation Utopia”. The first impression I had of Crocodile, is that I didn’t know anything about him…but he definitely presented himself as a mysterious and a menacing figure.

He’s so deceiving! He makes himself look like the hero of Alabasta, while plotting schemes behind the scenes. Pretty terrifying as well, his physical strength alone is very powerful…let alone him being very manipulative. He’s tricked an entire country…

Here’s a joke I like to make with the first Crocodile screenshot, “let’s take Ibuprofen together” lol. Jokes aside, dude is a tall man! 8’4” is really something, and the hand gesture he does to Vivi, it really adds a certain appeal to him.

This is the first time I saw Luffy be defeated! Usually I see Luffy winning everything, but Crocodile proved him wrong and killed him…for the moment. Never have I seen Crocodile as a weak character or villain, in fact, he’s my favorite villain in One Piece. I don’t think I’ll enjoy anyone else to the same gravity as I do in terms of villains in the show. I will say this multiple times, but he’s a force to be reckoned with!

He defeated Chaka, one of the guardians, which is pretty wild. It really shows that he’s not one for playing games. Also a really funny thing to mention, he has two normal hands? It was an animation error, since he has his hook on the left hand. Crocodile has a presence where he’s handsome in a poisonous way, it’s contagious haha.

Here’s some screenshots I like from the Alabasta Movie, just some faces and poses that are neat for him ✨

His sand powers, they are also scary! He can absorb all that is grass, ground, and land…when I first saw him use his hand powers, it was a jaw breaking moment for me because of how intense and dramatic it all looked!

This mafia/pirate of a villain is quite the catch, and also his cunning nature really makes him a formidable enemy. Surely when I watch more of Crocodile on screen, I shall talk about him…but for now, you’ll have all of these ramblings and screenshots to enjoy.

A couple of Pokémon drawings with One Piece characters! Honestly these were fun to draw, plus crossovers are always a delight for me to draw ✨

Jinbe is with Froakie because when it evolves into Greninja, it uses very compressed water to attack, just like Jinbe! (Yes, I know I didn’t add Jinbe’s coat, but Froakie’s pose was too good)

As for Chopper, he has Bulbasaur because when it evolves into Venasaur, it has a tree on its back that almost looks like what Chopper’s doctor was achieving…and also the fact that Grass Types are known to heal!
