School of the Lynx
What if Ciri is the one to start the school of the Lynx and it is an all female sect of Witchers? What if it is Ciri's way of giving those girls who have been so wronged by society (born under the black sun, etc) freedom, justice and the chance to finally fight back so that none will have to suffer as she did because it was their 'destiny'? <what if Ciri gets her own child surprise?>
I need this to be canon CDPR please and thank you.

“There are winds of destiny that blow when we least expect them. Sometimes they gust with the fury of a hurricane, sometimes they barely fan one’s cheek. But the winds cannot be denied, bringing as they often do a future that is impossible to ignore.” ― Nicholas Sparks

"I'll handle it." Besides he doubted that his father would allow him to be thrown out. He'd just make 'generous donation' and the Headmistress would forget all about his poor choices with little more than a slap on the wrist. "An excellent question." Triss removed the cover from the ingredients that she had upon her desk, giving just a moment for those students that might know exactly what they were for. "You're going to be working on a love potion. Amortentia to be exact." A love potion? Much as Avallac'h knew he shouldn't question a teacher the sight of not only Isilira rubbing her hands together eagerly, but Kayleigh and Mistle sharing a look had him concerned. "Professor Merigold, I don't mean any offense, but is it really a good idea to teach something like this to students?" "None taken. I understand your concern, but the very point of this class is to learn how to defend against it. If you can recognize the potion all the better to combat it's effects." Triss answered. "Now if you're comfortable please begin." Avallac'h smiled a bit sheepishly, because of course the very reason for it being taught would be defense. He should have known. Thankfully Triss was perhaps the most kindhearted Professor here and she didn't hold it against him.
"Sneaking into the girls dorms am I? Ah, at least that indiscretion would please my father." He supposed he was going to be getting into some trouble if he was caught, but Ciri was asking and he wasn't going to say no to her. He meant it when he said anything. If she asked him to jump off the astronomy tower there was a high chance he'd do that too. Stepping into Professor Merigold's class he noted that once again Isilira looked slighted when she realized she could not approach him as he was keeping in his partnership with Ciri. Worse she had nowhere else to go other than to pair up with the lankiest muggleborn he'd ever seen. He had to try not to smile too much in amusement at her slight.

"Believe it or not I once felt the same way. I wanted to focus on my studies. I didn't have time for children." It wasn't as though he didn't understand. He knew very well what it was like. He and Lara had been very young when they were expected to marry and have children. "I knew I had to let Lara go, but being unable to have a child has become my biggest regret in life. I don't want it to be yours." He hesitated again. It would still be a risk to her life, but perhaps it may save her being hunted by those that wanted to use her for her blood. Maybe this could finally free her. Save her in the way he failed to save Lara. "The mutations induced by The trial of the grasses affect physiology on a fundamental level and they were designed to work on men. I suspect that the mutagens interact with female physiology in a way that disrupt the processes vital for female health." He hoped that he was not making a terrible mistake telling her this. "A trial of the grasses for women would require new research. Research... that I believe I could perfect."
He glanced at her when she took his hand and made her promise. He hoped that she would keep to it, but he also knew that in her heart she helped people. That was what she did. It would always be dangerous. Yes, the life of a Witcher was indeed a strong probability for her and again he found himself considering if he should help her to become that. He had a great knowledge of genetics and he was certain that he could alter the Witcher genes that she could become one. Only a truly great scientist could question and admit to the universal truth. Just because he could didn't always mean that he should. "If you could become a Witcher... are you sure that you would want that? You're young now and children are the last things on your mind, but once you're older can you be certain you wouldn't regret never being able to have them?" It was perhaps more his personal struggle speaking, but it was something that he wanted her to well and truly think on. He didn't want her to have the same regrets he had.

"So you say with your mouth." He knew very well how stubborn she was and he was aware that she wasn't the kind that was going to run anyway but towards danger. "But you forget that I know you better than anyone." He cast a sidelong glance at her. Oh, he could already predict a million reckless things that she could do. That was really the problem with foresight. One never knew exactly which path would lead to which outcome. He simply listened to her next words and he wished that he could find a way to give that to her. For her to be able to settle down and never need to worry again about someone coming after her. She deserved that at the very least. "A cabin... perhaps a vineyard?" There were more of those possibilities again. If she could become a Witcher... if he could help her find the way to do that perhaps there was a chance that she could be free of her so called destiny. And yet losing the chance at ever having children could be it's own prison.

Dear Lara, They say passion makes any man a poet, but I haven't slept in three days and cannot think of pretty words to string together for you at this time. It has been three days of bombs falling on us without cease. Even as I write you I am unsure if I will finish this letter before one falls upon my position. But even now, even here in this terrible place you are all my heart ever thinks about. Even at the moment of death you will be the last thought on my mind, the last face in my mind's eye, even my last breath will be your name. Forever yours, Crevan Espane aep Caomhan Macha~

And to you, the threshold will always be open --
if need be, all you need to do is cross it, like entering a portal from whatever you're feeling and straight into my arms --
and I know that life has taught you that there is no safety in comfort --
that the only person who can be relied upon, is self, but,
still -- for you, and you alone, the threshold is, and will ever be, wide open, if ever you decide that I could be worthy of being someone safe, if only for a time --
so, if you ever need me, please, take your time, and step on through --
for even after time pulls us apart, I'll still want to be here, for you --
"Open door" V. Rue, 2025.

"Not exactly. I just know you too well." He sighed, because it seemed that they were going to dive head first into this mystery. Dangerous or not. "And I'm not about to let you do this alone." If only to keep her safe. And maybe it would be a good idea to be on the side of uncovering the truth, because a lot of people were going to suspect him for this because of his father. "Where would we even start?" He supposed that she had some ideas knowing this place better than he did. He still hadn't learned his way around mostly because this place had a tendency to change right under one's feet.
Words couldn't express how relieved he was to finally be done with Stregobor's class and compared to that droning nightmare, class with Professor Merigold was going to be a breeze. And at least now they were free to talk, because he was curious what she was thinking about this whole situation. She had been going to Hogwarts much longer than he had been and she had to have some ideas. "You've got that look on your face. You're going to dig into it aren't you?" If she was going to be digging into it then he was going to have to stick close to her, because he feared that it might be a something particularly dangerous.

Avallac'h had much the same thoughts in regards to the girls. He wondered what was happening and who was behind all of this. He didn't really blame people for assuming that his kind had something to do with it. The Hunt had done many terrible things. Going after muggleborn and half bloods was something they had done before. If he didn't know for certain they weren't responsible he'd have suspected them himself. All they had to do was get through this class. "It might be a bit difficult at first. Don't expect to get it right away. I still haven't gotten a good grasp on wands."

"Nobody has been called to do anything." He rubbed a hand along his forearm thoughtfully. He'd have known right away if they had anything to do with this. "And I couldn't imagine Isilira risking breaking a nail to do anyone's dirty work." Caranthir was off the books as well. Not like the little lad was going to toss a girl over his shoulder and make off with her. Still it was clear that something was going on. "Once classes are over you had better let me teach you a few things. Just in case." If she were disarmed or something along those lines he wanted her to have something to fall back on. He made sure to open up his book so that Stregobor wouldn't get on them for not paying attention in class.

"Ciri," He said her name -rarely as he did- very pointedly. "Just because you share Lara's eyes does not mean you look exactly like her. I'm very well aware that you're not her." It was beginning to become a little bit irritating to him that everyone acted as if he was replacing Lara with her or as if he somehow in some way could not tell the difference between the two. He was all too painfully aware of every little difference between them. "I never said I expected him to hurt you, but I don't want you risking your life for him if he brings trouble down on himself being as headstrong as he is." It was what had happened with Cregennan. The fool wouldn't shut his mouth about elven alliances. He should have kept his mouth shut. Should have given it up and hidden away with Lara. That way... that way they might both have lived. But no. The fool was too headstrong for his own good. Refused to give up on that pipe dream of his and it had gotten the both of them killed. "Don't give up your life for his foolish notions."
