Is the project ongoing? or it's canned? i've known this fan-project and i quickly liked it. it would be a shame if this project got discontinued.

Hi! It's been a long time since we've posted to this blog, feels kind of surreal. I wouldn't say Mythbusted is a canned project, but the content here is more for archival purposes and likely won't be actively updated anymore. It has always primarily been a private roleplaying session, and not intended to be a public fanventure or published story - with the posts on this blog for the purpose of sharing our characters and art with anyone interested. This year will mark the 10th anniversary of its creation, and a lot of the original members of this group now have different priorities and interests. We still love all our characters dearly, and many of the characters of Mythbusted still exist, and are now being RPed in new universes and settings by their creators.

I hardly even do fanart for fantroll blogs at this point but.. god damn it, I wanted to at least draw Malaik from @mythbusteds because he’s probably my favorite of the cast when it comes to their struggles and the themes of religion, sexuality, and the confusion of what’s considered right and wrong

Plus they kind of helped me in figuring out myself in terms of gender identity and I think that’s beautiful <:,0

Like it says on the drawing, Malaik belongs to @rumminov, the designs they have for them and the other Chayots are so good
