Arbites and Inqusition don't always get along becouse Inqusitors are more focused on outside threats not law and Arbiters are focused on law

The Arbites are supposed to be the Inquisition's biggest fanboys.

Not only do I think Heinrix deserves his first ever personal fanboy, but if the Rogue Trader doesn't romance either of them, Solomorne and Heinrix should absolutely embark on the unforgettable journey of exploring each other's bodies.

Hell, even if the Rogue Trader romances them.
