Kunal getting upset over Ishaan and his feelings for Mauli is the most hilarious thing ever ..If only he could remember the trashiness he and his chiffon saree wearing, rain dancing, adulteress were involved in, which completely broke Mauli's soul and robbed her of her ability to trust. The mild restlessness and insecurity he is feeling over Ishaan doesn't even come close..
As for Pari, all I can say is, the apple doesn't fall very far from the tree. Wanting what other's have is a common theme with both mother and daughter. Nandini wanted Mauli's husband for herself. Pari wants Mauli for herself & Kunal and doesn't care if Ishaan and even Mishti gets hurt in the process..Like her mother, she will stop at nothing to get what she wants, and will look totally innocent while doing it...I have to applaud this rare genetic talent that they possess...Like mother, like daughter indeed...

I find it hilarious that Kunal, of all people talked about the 7-year itch in today's episode..The irony of the situation isn't lost on me. What a creep!! So is that what his EMA with Nandini was about after all? I'm glad the writer is finally admitting it..Hopefully this will shut down all advocates of Kunan’s one-in-a-lifetime “divine lowe” story and haters of Mauli...Most probably not, but anyway...I am going to savor this moment *snickering*

I know Kunal has lost his memory and all that, but all this screaming and yelling angrily for Mauli is seriously getting old. If he loved Mauli so much, that her mere absence made him restless then how did he leave her for Ms.Chiffon Sari?
On the bright side, it really warmed my heart to see Ishaan show so much faith in Mauli. I hope the writers decide to get Mauli & Ishaan together. It would be unfair to see yet another good, deserving person get hurt, just to ensure that Kunal got his happy ending when he really doesn’t deserve it...That guy has seriously gotten away with a lot already..

That walk is everything and that hint of grey in his hair *hyperventilating* ..How amazing was Saif in #Baazaar ?! I couldn't focus on anyone/anything else! I was almost rooting for him to get away with it at the end of the movie and he was the antagonist..And I kept rewinding back to that one scene, just to watch him say “Michami Dukkadam”, just because of how sexy he made it sound...and look...*swooning* We need him in more roles like this, please..He is hands-down the hottest, suavest actor in Bollywood..It’s hard to believe he is almost 50..I can’t get over how stunning this man is...

Was waiting in line at a grocery store, behind a mom and her kid who were clearly speaking in Tamil. The mom accidentally drops a packet of chips and her kid who looks about 6 years old, smacks her forehead dramatically and yells "Ay Shapath!" and all I could think was "Aww, ACP Aditi!"...
I couldn't help Awwwinng and feeling a little happy for Manjiri. For whatever reason, she is beginning to make her presence felt as ACP Aditi and I weirdly feel like a proud mama. She has dealt with a lot of hate, from fans who are loyal to Surbhi & Shivika and I get that totally. But she is doing her best, and still has a long way to go. She might not be stunning, but she has a certain gravitas about her, and she seems to get better with every episode and deserves a chance, just like any other actress...And while I am not completely sold on her yet, being an Annika/Surbhi fan, I do root for her...It is definitely not easy living up to the expectations of a fandom, who has to deal with not only their favorite character leaving the show, but the dissolution of their favorite on-screen relationship..
It’s almost like a break-up, with us, the angry viewers having to see our hero with a new girl, and having to pick sides, and in most cases we favor the old girlfriend who we feel has been wronged...I definitely still feel the pain..But this new girl has a lot of potential...so, I am staying open minded..I have a feeling I won’t be disappointed..

Was just watching “Kasautii Zindagi Kay” and I still can't get over what a terrible, overrated actress Hina Khan is. Komolika 1.0 was so much better and made her presence felt without all the fake laughter and over-sexualization. This chick makes me cringe, especially in that whole confrontation scene between Komolika and Prerna, with all that finger snapping and hair flipping. I felt like punching her in the face, and not in a “love to hate her” kind of way, but more of a “please make her stop talking” kind of way...I really, honestly don’t get what Ekta saw in her..
And that voice....I feel like I need to wash both my eyes and my ears out..
Also, don’t even get me started on that scene where Mishka tries to seduce Anurag in his room, like what even was that???? He was giving off clear signs of disinterest, as in he was actually physically pushing her away every time she went in for a hug and she conveniently assumed that it was because he was shy...Both the sisters make my skin crawl...*retching*
I think I’ll call them the slutty duo from now on..

Watching any interaction between Rishabh & Preeta is a treat for the eyes.I just love how he looks at her, like she is the only woman in the world for him *Ohthefeels*. And yes, I love Karan, but gosh, the chemistry between Rishabh & Preeta is just ...something else...He is the perfect, too-good-to be-true guy that dreams are made of, and she is all sugar, spice and everything nice, and they just seem to have so much admiration and respect for each other. And that whole RishabhJi/PreetaJi thing between them....
....Awwwwww...Every girl needs a Rishabh in her life...Also, I might be projecting..;)..

There is just something about this man and his aquiline nose that has had me crushing on him forever. It's no wonder, all my longest running crushes were on men with long, prominent noses. I mean how beautiful is he? And check out that majestic side profile....
Be still, my heart...

Oh Mehek, you do not know crap about parenting..Just taking Pari out for swimming, and making her chocolate milk shakes does not qualify you to give Mauli parenting advice. So just...shut your trap and let Kunal step up and be the parent he is supposed to be.
On the bright side, it was nice to see Kunal being empathetic for the first time ever, understanding Mishti's anger & telling Mauli to take it easy on her, while Mauli chastised her appropriately. They played their good cop & bad cop parenting roles perfectly. So Mehek can just take a hike.
I hope though that they will both be able to sit down with her and explain, that Kunal’s leaving was not about her and that Kunal loves Mishti and Pari equally. Mishti needs to know that, so she can get over her feelings of abandonment, hate and resentment, at least towards Pari.
Awwww, I miss Ishaan so much right now.

Pari is unable to understand why Mishti hates her and her buddy so much and why Mauli can't be her mommy, so she throws a fit, asking her dad why? and I'm like:
Yes, Kunal tell her...Why does Mishti hate you? I’m dying to see how you get out of this one...
It was nice to see Kunal being held accountable for his actions for the first time ever..Call me evil, but I did feel a frisson of pleasure/vindication on seeing him uncomfortable and speechless...And if he feels that what he did was right, why is he deflecting? Why not just tell Pari the truth?...

Wait, so Kunal, the martyr wants Mauli to move on from him, so this genius decides to parade a new girl in front of her..who also happens to be Nandini's friend..Is he trying to help her or further traumatize her? What is this? Shock therapy? Please Kunal, stick to pediatrics...

If “Silsila Badallte Rishton Ka” were an American soap opera, Kunal would not have left his wife for his 7 year itch-scratcher, because of "Divine Lowe". He would have instead been hopping back and forth between Mauli & Nandini's beds every few days/months/seasons trying to figure out his feelings, while both women fought over him like cats on heat...
Let’s be clear here, this is not a love situation by any means, at least not from Kunal’s side..A person who has been in love for as long as Kunal claimed to have loved Mauli would never have cheated on her, especially if there was respect in that relationship. He would have tried to make it work first, before throwing in the towel. And if he wanted to leave, he would have sat down with his wife and had an honest talk with her instead of shamelessly cheating on her, the way he did.
And true love does not take a few days to develop, it does not take watching a woman in a transparent saree dancing in the rain to develop, it takes time, it takes getting to know the person with their flaws and still wanting to stay. Kunal didn’t take much time between realizing his “feelings” for Nandini and jumping into bed with her. After that he didn’t think twice about flirting with Nandini right under Mauli’s nose while Mauli introduced both Kunal and Nandini to her friends, as her “Jaans”, her reasons for living...I mean he didn’t even feel any guilt..It’s like he decided that his old car wasn’t working for him anymore, so let me just go for the shiny new car which I am getting to ride for free anyway, while the old car rots in the garage, until I decide what to do with it...and he continued to do that, till he was caught red-handed.
That’s not love, that’s a lack of empathy and a careless disregard for other people’s feelings. The only true love I have seen was from Mauli’s side. As for Nandini, a person who understands what love is, and what it feels to be hurt in love would not have done what she did.. hurt her friend, who was there for her, who blindly trusted her and actually freed her from Rajdeep’s clutches. She says that she “tried” to stay away, but did she really?..How much self-restraint did it take for her to drop her panties for her best friend’s husband?..Oh, right! none at all..
And for Gajra to still justify all this, by talking about “feelings, not being right or wrong” *Eyeroll* ...Yes, yes feelings are not wrong, but acting on them, especially when you know that your actions will hurt someone, is definitely wrong. I have come across people in my life, whose faces I would happily smash in, because I find them obnoxious and they have wronged me in some way, but do I do that? No, because I have self control and underneath all my cynicism, and general mistrust and abandonment issues, I am still a human being with feelings for others and a sense of right and wrong...
So let’s be real and not glorify the shit show that “Silsila Badalte Rishton Ka” has become and continues to become...I was hoping that it would show some upward movement and emotional growth for Mauli as she moves forward with Ishaan and Mishti and maybe, some sign of repentance from Kunal. But all I see, is Mauli being a hot mess, still (understandably) reeling from her feelings of hurt betrayal and conflicting emotions for Kunal, while he is portrayed as a martyr, a grieving widower and father extraordinaire, who had to do what was right by Mauli and Nandini, but was unfairly judged for choosing his one true love over his family..Like, Bitch please, just stop...
Ok, rant over...

WTF is going on in “Yeh Teri Galliyan?” ...
Who the F is this Paromita? A few minutes into her entry and I already feel like gouging my eyes out...She makes my skin crawl and Shaan looks clearly creeped out. She looks like one of those prostitutes from Sonagachi, I wouldn't be surprised if she was Beauty's daughter...She checks him out unabashedly and makes vulgar references to his (incredibly hot *Swoon*) body...And the fact, that she actually thinks she has a chance with him...Ewwwww..
On the other side, Ridoy is emotionally black-mailing Asmita into accepting his marriage proposal... Seriously, threatening to kill himself?!...
Ridoy, the 90s called...They want their wimpy protagonist back..
It is bad enough that he unsuccessfully tries to emulate SRK, but the fact that he actually does the suicide bit every time things don’t go his way is just...trite...This is all Shaan’s fault by the way, because this suicide trick always works on him..He has turned Ridoy into a brat...I'm glad Asmita at least didn't give in to this lovesick crybaby...
The only good thing about today’s episode is that we got a lot of topless shots of Shaan’s body..;) That actually deserves a post of it’s own....
...Be still my wildly beating heart ;)....

I've been seeing a number of twitter/Tumblr posts/FB updates about #DirtyJohn and it sounds like an interesting, binge-worthy show about a text-book sociopath, which is actually based on a true story..So of course, I need to get on that band-wagon right away...Could this possibly be the start of a new obsession??...

Asmita and Shaan of “Yeh Teri Galliyan” need to get a room already ;) ...Their chemistry is on fire and seeing them together makes me blush ..The last time I witnessed such sizzling, ovulation-inducing chemistry was between Aahil and Sanam in Qubool Hai....These two set the room on fire even when they are not talking to each other

..Such a gorgeous couple...And Avinash Mishra is just too beautiful for words..I loved him the minute I saw him as Abhay Oberoi on Ishqbaaz...He actually gives off a mild SSO vibe, which I don’t mind at all...Looking forward to seeing how their story unfolds.
Just look at them..Like how can two people fit together so beautifully??..Fans who still rave about Kunal’s and Nandini’s “sizzling chemistry” don’t know what they are talking about!..Now THIS is what I call chemistry...

Aaaahh...That sense of vindication, when Kunal found out about his daughter and confronted Mauli about it...and Mauli verbally slapped him in his face..Telling him that he has no leg to stand on, that he has no right to question her, that he didn’t deserve to know about Mishti..And finally that master stroke, when she told him:
“I didn’t tell you about Mishti, because you didn’t want her and we didn’t need you”...
OMG, Mauli was on fire today, she looked fierce and beautiful and like she had finally got some sense of closure...I hope she realizes what a jerk he is and is always going to be..He is a text-book narcissist, he does the cheating and the leaving, yet she is wrong for protecting herself and her daughter, while he plays the victim, the poor love-struck Romeo who had to let go of his true love to fulfill his duty to his wretched wife and child..How the writers made him the protagonist of this show is beyond me..
In some ways, He is worse than Rajdeep..Atleast Rajdeep owned who he was, he knew he was an asshole and a jerk and never acted otherwise...Kunal on the other hand acts like a saint and a martyr, when he actually is a sanctimonious, victim-playing, sociopath, whose world revolves solely around himself...I doubt that he even cares for Pari, because the minute he found out about Mishti, it’s almost like he forgot about Pari and left her alone with the maid, while poor Pari was anxiously waiting for her Buddy...Then the minute she went to bed, he was back at Mauli’s house confronting her about Mishti...
So, Yes, It finally feels like a sense of balance has been restored to the universe...Karma is a spiteful bitch! :)
