Has anyone else noticed that as a society, we’re shamed for wanting to sleep? Sleeping in is bad, naps are only okay if they’re 20 minutes, you cant be tired unless you’re a <insert career/lifestyle choice here>, so on and so forth.

I mean, I think we all need to spread our blankets out, cuddle a pillow, and go to sleep. Everyone needs more of it, fuck this “it’s not productive” nonsense. It’s okay to sleep, it’s okay to want to sleep. You’re not lazy because of it.

Yarn hoarder as well.

So my friend went with me to a couple craft stores today.

In the first one, I was looking at some new yarn lines and she kept asking me, "what would you use that for?"

I told her straight up... "we buy it now, and figure that out later..."

Then at the second store, after helping me carry some yarn to the front, she kept asking me if the 3 skeins I got weren't enough to make a blanket? "They were, weren't they? Why do you need more?"

And again, I had to explain... "it's not about having enough, it's about having them ALL!"

True yarn hoarder hours who's up?
