Anastasia, Night Huntress

Anastasia the Eternal roams the forests, feasting non-lethally on the blood of normal animals. While solitary, she is curious and playful. Her command over high frequency sound and rending void aerokinesis makes her a predator that few can contend with. Thankfully, she doesn't go hungry often.

Humans who encounter her tell tales of a ferocious and invulnerable bat-like creature that relentlessly pursues prey and drains them dry. Of course, tall tales are often fabrications of reality. While she has fed on men out of desperation on rare occasions, there is no evidence of her killing any creature even accidentally.

The symbol of Oroboros, the Mother of Basilisks, imprinted on both of her wings, is said to indicate eternal rebirth, reincarnation, or renewal. It can be both a blessing or a curse, or perhaps both. None can say which of these interpretations she falls under, not even Anastasia herself. After all, she cannot remember her true origins.
