Here's a sketch that I ended up enjoying too much! It was inspired by an old fanfic series idea of mine from years ago -- a twist on the story of The Little Mermaid.

I had so much fun playing with the light effects and designing Merman!Sesshomaru.

Hopefully, I can get to writing that and all the other fic ideas I've stashed away~

SessKag and Parallels

So, when people talk about SessKag parallels they often talk about the whole strongest youkai/strongest miko and adopting children things and whatnot.

What I’ve never seen discussed is that they both have widowed mothers who allow them to jump into mystical portals into worlds they know are dangerous for their children.

Like I imagine them meeting and discussing child-rearing and be like:

KagMom: “You don’t think I was too harsh, throwing Kagome into the deep end so that she could finally sink or swim? I mean, she’s a great swimmer now!” SessMom: *Sips tea.* “I taught Sesshoumaru to fly by throwing him off my castle’s front porch. It was around a thousand meters up in the air at the time. He figured it out on the first try.” KagMom: *Nods sagely and smiles.* “When you have gifted children, you must set your expectations accordingly.” SessMom: “Finally! Someone who understands!” *Engages in a lively discussion with KagMom.* SessKag: *Horrified silence as repressed childhood memories resurfaces.*

From the iconic Episode 104 where Sess saves Kagome from an attempted assault completely out of nowhere. Kinda makes you wonder where the fuck he’s been and just how he ended up there in the exact right place in the exact right time. Deus ex Sessyna I tell you

Hanyo-Yashahime, as the sequel to Inuyasha, this anime will be telling the story or Sesshoumaru and Inuyasha's daughters.

In official information, there are currently no information regarding Sesshoumaru's daughter's biological mother. However, there is a veru high possibility that it will be Rin - an 8 year old child in Inuyasha.

In Inuyasha manga, there are no hints of any romance between Sesshoumaru and Rin, only friendship and kinship. However, the relationship between Sesshoumaru and Rin is delibrately hinted as something more. They even made a drama cd of Sesshoumaru proposing to 10 year old Rin. This is totally out of character and broke the hearts of many fans.

Hnece, there is a possibility that this sequel would continue from the drama CD, making Sesshoumaru a pedophile!

We, Sesshoumaru fans, cannot and will not tolerate this!

Sesshoumaru is free to marry who he wants, BUT it cannot be Rin! Pedophilia is not acceptable!

Sessshoumaru X Rin is a very controversial pairing, many Sesshoumaru fans and fans who pair Sesshoumaru with other characters are unable to accept the existance of this drama CD.A lot of fanclubs have also disband due to this drama CD.

To uphold Sesshoumaru's image, we hope fans with the same mindset as us to band together and comment under the Twitter account of Hanyo-Yashahime's director, Terusatou, that we do not accept pedophilia and plead for Sesshoumaru's daughters, Towa and Setsuna's biological mother to not be revealed.

If their biological mother has to be named, please at least arrange a wife that is legally of age, not Rin.
