When we say "the future is plural" we don't mean "we want to give more kids CDDs" we mean we want more acceptance of plurality, we want more endogenic systems, we want to be able to say "oh by the way I'm a system" and not have to either explain what a system is or have to worry about judgement.

Alright you lot, ousting myself once again. For those of you who followed me because of the Legend cosplay, here is the Legend cosplay! Now in fun detail and with sword :3 Of course I had to go find the apple orchard while it was in bloom! Shall I come back for the fall when they're fruiting? I've still got a few more photos to edit so there may be another post down the line. Piccies taken by my lovely spouse and edits by me. This cosplay is currently in a constant state of improvement. Now that the sword and harness are done I am taking the time to properly embroider the gold trim on the red overtunic. I'm always adding more bling of course, and after the embroidery, I intend to work on his shield! So stay tuned, and say hi if you see me at random cons!

Yes, your friend will "change" if they come out as a system to you. They seem like they're changing because they're trying to unmask around you and let their alters be themselves and not hide amnesia and other aspects of the disorder as much.

I understand it can be hard to realize your friend isn't exactly how you thought they were, but they're still you're friend. It's likely you've met their other alters, they just didn't say who they were.

Please support you friend, even if it's seemed like they've changed.

a reminder that source trauma is real! even you don't consider your exomemories real, trauma is a reaction, not an event. and if something happened in your source that still affects you negatively, it is trauma. ergo, source trauma!

+ saying that source trauma is real and can still impact you outside of source does NOT deny reality, in fact you could argue denial of source trauma is denying the reality of your feelings.
