tdlr: there was this staff member named tony p who was half in charge of support tickets alongside Alice and everyone despised him because of how much as an ass he was.

There are multiple logs circling around where he accuses someone of cheating with absolutely zero proof and tries to extort them into reporting other cheaters. like there were logs where someone was absolutely definitively proven to not cheat and tony p would outright try a gaslight and say that he had the sale info that they had brought pets.

like he was a real powertripping freak.

thinking about that one neopets support team member who basically got fired for blackmail and extortion
