Okay, I need to learn how to use emulators to play the Monster High games, I'm really surprised that in all these years I never knew about the Monster High 3DS games, I've only ever known about the Flash games. However, I wish you the best of luck in getting the games you loved/played so much as a child, with a lot of patience, I believe you'll find them all ♡♡

This Lagoona issue is something I recently learned about thanks to some TikToks, most people dislike Lagoona G3 because of her pink design, knowing she has temperament issues is quite disappointing, since latino in any media tend to have few good representations, I'll only be able to fully analyze this after seeing the G3 animation but, we can't deny that at least Monster High is trying to redeem its past mistakes, there are still some successes and failures in G3.

I honestly think Mattel should hire you as the screenwriter for the Ever After High reboot. We need someone with the power to bring to life an Ever After High more gayer! And you have the power in your hands, dear!!

i was such a big flash games kid, especially the girlsgogames kind of games that looking bad some were really weird. but the knock off disney princesses or monster high characters dress up games were my absolute favourite (i’ll have to find the name but there was a thing i downloaded on my laptop like last and it had all the classic like polly pocket and disney flash games and actually playable, it’s so fun).

i may be wrong but i think they did cancel the animated show after its second or third season, i’ve only seen the first but i hope they had listened to people’s issues with lagoona. i personally love her pink skin, i have the first core refresh doll of her and its so pretty!!

i feel like the general queer community and their relationship to labels is so different between on here and places like tiktok, ESPECIALLY when it comes to lesbians.

from what i have seen, it feels like there’s a lot more discourse and actually just arguments over who can and cannot use the lesbian label over on tiktok, they act like a labels are these boxes that have very specific checklists that anyone has to fit if they want to use them.

and here people are just so much more chill. maybes it’s a lack of knowledge in other places, but it feels so much more welcoming? people are more like eh use what you want (which may be related to how people will rarely use the butch label on places like TikTok)

obviously i’m sure a lot of people here argue about the same stuff i just see it less than i do other places and it’s nice.

Oh my gosh, this is amazing! I went to check it out and see what it was like, and I can't believe I didn't know about the Monster High games. It's amazing! Now I really want a 3DS. Speaking of Monster High OC, I remembered I have one, It's so good to see things I loved as a child and be able to create something with them.

I sincerely hope they correct these past mistakes, Marisol was completely disrespectful to the Latino community, and speaking of Latina, I confess Lagoona G3 doesn't appeal to me much. But I'd like to see these characters again, but truly well-crafted and not as a racist stereotype, I'd also like to see what Isis Dawndancer would look like, she's so beautiful, but unfortunately, it's a extremely poorly done stereotype about Native Americans. Jinafire G3's new design is truly adorable, I hope they've also removed the stereotypes from her personality too but they finally fixed the issue of her being linked to water and not fire.

So far, we have two Catty Noir G3 dolls, and oh my gosh, she's so beautiful, but so expensive :(( I really wish the dolls were more accessible to Latino audiences. I'm so excited to see Rochelle, I loved her puppy dog eyes!!! We got a glimpse of the operetta in one scene, so I think maybe next season we'll finally get her!

I'm still thinking about seeing the live-action and the G3 movie, and I'm really excited because I finally saw Nightmare!!! Oh, I missed her so much, I'd barely heard of her in G3, but it's good to know that she and Nora are together <3

That was exactly the scene, It's kind of strange to think that we could have had one of the first lesbian couples on TV in the 2000s. Unfortunately, it was censored and poorly done after that, I remember a lot of people complaining the two didn't have good character development, but I can't say for sure, I would need to rewatch the series.

I think it's kind of hard to like the Descendants movies now, especially when we're older, because of nostalgia. We remember it being good, but was it really?¿

Exactly a gayer Ever After High already!!! I wanted so much to see this serious crossover. Ugh, it would have been a dream to have a crossover between the two most popular series of the time. OMG Yes!! this idea would have been perfect, unfortunately, we didn't get that, and we ended up with Monster High G2 (what a funny series).

I say the same thing, I could talk for hours and hours about Monster High. This series, along with others, was such a part of my childhood, and I have a lot of affection for it, so I would love to talk more about it, for sure!!! 👉👈

i’m sure that’s there some kind of emulator for the 3ds games, i’m definitely planning to mod my 3ds someday so i can play the old games i lost (or hopefully find them second hand)

i think the only bad thing ive seen about g3 in terms of representation is lagoona which sucks, and how people don’t like that she’s a latina with anger issues, and i’m sad that with how great the other rep of this gen is that they failed with her.

mattel should let me be the creator of the ever after high reboot, let me make it super duper gay!! i’ve read eah fanfics there are so so many gay ships i love it!

it is funny looking back at some old things you loved as a kid and seeing what still is good and what’s aged or isn’t as good as you remember. but it’s funny how bad that newer descendants movie looks but i at the same time really like the Z.O.M.B.I.E.S movies not sure why but they are fun.
