A man's body landed at the young boy's feet. It moved on the floor. The dark-haired boy noticed that it is a man, not even thirty years old. The man doesn't flinched and didn't even try to run when the four soldiers standed him up and lead him away. "My disciple," thundered a deep voice. Heavy metal footsteps echo through the hall. "That rebel scum has no chance of overthrowing our empire!" The breath, along with the steps, echoes from almost all sides. “You will conduct the interrogation of that rebel—your test of whether you are truly worthy of my apprentice's place. It was supposed to be an honor. Something that will test his skills. Something to show him that he didn't waste his time training with him. Ezra held his head up proudly and strode down the hall. As soon as he reached the cell, he looked at the prisoner. Blue deadly blasts covered his entire body. Something clicked into place in his head. And his curiosity sparked. "Enough!" he commanded. “Everybody out. Tell me what the rebel alliance is.” It continued like this day after day. He was aware that the prisoner was sensitive to the Force. And that he was slowly breaking him to his side. He knew he was torn. He developed a special relationship with Kanan, as the Jedi called himself. He listened to everything Ezra told him, though Kanan never said anything more personal. One day a woman appeared in the cell. She was a Twi¨lek and was trying to save her mate, as Ezra soon found out. When Ezra noticed them, the unexpected happened. Kanan held out his hand and said, "Give it up and come with us."
