Things I have to learn to say

Bonus:

instead of complaining: proposing or asking, as ways to find a solution together;

instead of cutting someone from my life (with exceptions): de-escalate by having space and time to not be triggered anymore (✓) and talking together about the trigger, instead of hyperfocusing in a red flag, ground yourself, talk and check for consistency in past and future behaviour.

Not all red flags are deal breakers (but, yes, some are), everyone has one :) understand yours and how to deal with it for the other and understand which ones are livable and copeable to you
