Jet from Avatar the Last Airbender is such a character I get crazy about if i think about him too long

You’re literally just some angry kid who takes care of a bunch of orphans, you have such a twisted sense of justice to a point you’re willing to murder a bunch of innocent civilians just due to their association to the people who destroyed everything you love.

You try and move on but you can never fully erase that seething anger boiling deep inside. I mean, how could you? That inferno has been burning inside you since you were a child.

And yet others try and smother that anger, douse that fire deep inside you to make you complaint and do their bidding, and it works, only for a little while.

They could never smother that fire forever, it burned too bright. There is so much fucking hatred and grief in your heart that you’re able to break through intense brainwashing that literally no one has ever broken through before.

And then you die.

Surrounded by two of your closest friends and that searing anger still scorching your soul, burning you alive. Never living to see the end of the war that consumed your whole life and only really being remembered by your all consuming need for revenge, not for your heroic sacrifice.

You were just an angry and scorned kid, and then you died.
