Hi friends.

Don't forget to take your meds if you haven't.

Please stretch out your limbs, neck, and back. You can crack your knuckles if you feel like it.

Take a short walk around your room or wherever you are. Go to the bathroom. Stand up. Stand up with a straight back, if only for a couple breaths.

Eat something if you haven't in the past four hours, even if it's something small. Healthy things are best, obviously, but if you don't have any, that's okay.

Take some deep breaths. I like to do counting breaths. (IN 2 3 4 OUT 2 3 4 four times, then IN 2 3 4 5 OUT 2 3 4 5 five times, and so on)

Unclench your jaw, smooth out your eyebrows.

Let your eyes take a break from the screen for at least two minutes. Look at a book, the wall, out the window, a plant, anything so long as it's not digital.

If you can, change something in your room; where a photo is, whether or not a poster's up, put things in/take things out of drawers, rearrange any books, etc.

Also, drink water, or I will physically crawl through your screen and start weeping in your general direction.
