A note had slipped out of Kageyama's shoe locker when he went to switch for practice. Crouching down, he saw that the envelope had a heart doodle with his name on it. He opened it carefully.

Kageyama looked around to see if there was anyone that could have possibly put this here, but there wasn't. He glanced back at his locker, and there was some candy that he actually enjoyed eating.

Tsukishima never actually thought he'd end up falling for you. I mean, you two are the complete opposite, just how would that work between you two? He was rude, sarcastic, brutally honest with people, as for you though, you were kind, caring, and would sometimes tell white lies to people just so you don't ruin their day.

Knowing you're willing to do anything for anyone only for the end result of them being happy made his heart sometimes tighten. How pathetic was that for him? He doesn't ever feel that way towards someone, so does he when it's you?

He was spiraling as he saw you give someone a snack because you saw them sad earlier that week. You comforting that person with that smile of yours was only making him worse.

If he was in that situation, Tsukishima would simply give them whatever he thinks is best and give a pat on their shoulde then walk away. He likes that you cared for other, especially for him.

When you saw he was upset over a "bad" grade or after a lost in a game, you'd stick by him in silence, sometimes offering him your headphone to share with him. He liked that you knew him enough that you can do the right thing to make him feel better not long after.

Seeing him better was one of your favorite thing about him. The others being him having a relaxed expression when he slept that you got to stare at when he fell asleep on the bus, the way he'd lean down just to hear you better when you both were somewhere crowded, that smirk he'd have after making a snarky remark, basically you liked everything about him.

Tsukishima's eyes would even start to drift towards you when in the same room. He might look like a creep to other people, but he was just admiring you from where he was. Not going up to you, he liked to see you do whatever things you do. He thought he was weird for that, but he couldn't really care.

Oh and one of his favorite things is you two studying together. When you did, he would glance up from time to time just to see thst focused expression you had. Blinking a couple of times, you grabbed his collar to pull him in a kiss. He was taken back for a few moments before one of his hands were cupping your cheek.

Once pulling away, he gave a you a sly smirk. "That's one way to tell me you have the same feelings."
