Paul was excited to surprise his wife with their daughter on mothers day. Paul was in the area for two days before she got busy with upfronts. Thankfully, it was a holiday where Paul had no issues and could do what he wanted to in time. He stood with his daughter in his hands while waiting for this wife to make her arrival. Behind him was Happy Mothers Day with Nina’s name below it, a display that was made up of all fresh flowers. While a few balloons hung from either side. His daughter in his hand as she looked straight ahead in her mothers day outfit kicking her feet happily.

It seemed like Nina’s life was only picking up, not slowing down anytime soon. From the back and forth traveling, filming two movies and a new tv pilot, which had recently been picked up, she would be busier than ever. On the cab ride to the hotel she spoke with her mom about how bummed she was to be spending Mother’s Day apart from Paul and Teegan. As much as she loved her job and constantly being around people, new and familiar faces, it could be a little lonely at times without the two of them. After checking in at the front desk Nina took the elevator up to her floor. She slid her room key into the slot and opened the door, stepping inside. She dropped her bag to the ground, a smile instantly popping up when she saw who was waiting on her. “Hi!” She gave them each a kiss, her smile never leaving her, if anything it only got bigger with them being there. “Is this all for me? Look at you dressed up so pretty. And you, handsome as ever. When did you do this? But I left LA before you did.” Nina looked in disbelief but amazed.

How can you describe with words, the overwhelming gratitude and appreciation you feel for your mother? The person who carried you in their body for months on end (which included forced sobriety and back pain), who brought you into this world screaming and then immediately made you feel safe as soon as you were placed in their arms? The person who loved you as a cute infant (alien looking burrito phase), and put up with you in your terrible twos (I’m so sorry), then endured you during your torturing teens (again, my bad), and who to this day supports and loves you for every decision you make.... whether it be good or bad? (#1 Fan forever and always), but who will also be honest and call you out when you’re wrong (It sucks, but I need it so thank you). How do you thank your momma for all the sacrifices she made for you. How do you tell her how grateful you are for all the years you’ve shared together and how much you look forward to all the wonderful years ahead? How much her love and companionship means to you? It’s difficult. I don’t think it’s something you can express with just words. It’s a feeling. A unspoken bond just you two share. So we dedicate a day to these incredible creatures, these strong and beautiful women in our lives, who gave us life. Our mamas (and our best fiends). We can try to do it with photos. And yes, pictures are worth a thousand words. But I believe the memories are priceless... I love you Mama. To the moon and back forever and always. ❤️❤️❤️ #HappyMothersDay

I’m obsessed with that song. Couldn’t stop playing it when it first came out. Lately I’ve been listening to a lot of Dan and Shay. Have you heard of them?

 Anything with the artist named Annie-Marie has been my favorite and besides that i currently have like ‘friends’  with marshmello on repeat. What’s a current song or artist that’s stuck in your head?

I made it through my first Met Gala without falling on my ass. I think I can take on the world now.

Do we get more sappy the older we become? I don’t mind it. That would be great. I’m actually in the city right now. You can blame me. I have him watching over Teegan a lot while I’m busy filming. But don’t worry, you’re still his boo. He told me so.

Me too. You’re considered to be one of my closest and good friends. And I’m never too busy for you. We’re totally having a moment right now aren’t we? This is what you do to me. Cute makes up for everything and pretty soon he will use it use against you so be prepared. That’s exciting! You’ll have to let Paul and I know when that is so we can come out to show our support. Paul’s also been doing some shows, off broadway.

You’re one of mine too. We’re getting cheesier and cheesier I think, but I can’t say that I hate it. Definitely! I’d love for you guys to come into the city so we could all hang. Is he? I can’t believe he didn’t tell me but I’m still a proud boyfriend.

If you give into one of them, you have to give into the rest. Resist while you can! Teegan’s already got Paul wrapped around her fingers because he completely spoils her. Not yet, but I’m hoping soon. I really had fun filming it. I’m not ready for Grey’s Anatomy this week!!!

That makes sense. It’s tough traveling with Teegan so I can only imagine how hard it would be traveling with more than one small children. I wouldn’t mind being a baby sitter for you if you ever need me. Though I might regret it, four against me.

Three against one with puppy dog eyes is what will scare me in a couple years.  Than you add the actual dogs it will not be pretty for me cause I know I will give in.  Have you heard anything from CBS about the sitcom yet?
