Brown girls that make marrying a white man their entire personality must be saved (and that white man killed)

#Like I see this girl's wedding reel and think oh cute then check in on her a few months later#and she's spouting 'Christianity isn't being respected' rhetoric and Catholic Church apologia. Girl.#and there's also like 500 other reels she made about subtly acting like people hate her for wanting to be a tradwife#Of course it's a diaspora kid

details in st. anthony's syro-malabar church in thrissur, kerala, india.
syriac christianity has a long presence in kerala - saint thomas christians trace their origins to middle eastern christians coming to the malabar coast in antiquity. this church was founded in 1718 after a woman from a famous local family missed mass at a church which was farther away. it's known for its carvings and murals which bear both indigenous and wesern influences.

#Literally the only TV couple I was rooting for so hard to get together IRL as a kid#like I always used to think wanting on-screen couples to get together was dumb but I would've made an exception for Vijay and Trisha#They were so cute
