This weeks manicure! 💅 1. Hot pink base with gold dots in #locketlove 2. Once cured, I covered the gold dots with slightly larger spots in #decadence. 3. Next i cured again and covered the full surface of each nail in a thin layer of gold followed by a final layer of pink. 4. Once the gel was fully cured my nails felt bumpy like little pieces of lego! I filed the surface of each nail down until smooth revealing the different layers and then finished with a generous layer of top coat. This time last year i started a healthy living regime, between December and March i dropped almost 2 stone but since then i've completely plateaud only managing another 4lbs which has yo-yo'ed like you would not even believe. I'm happy to be ending this year 2 stone lighter than how i started it but looking at these photos i still have a long way to go! I am going to give myself a head start by not gorging myself over the next month or so 'just because its Xmas' Cutting out processed sugar and lowering my carb intake in favour of extra protein worked wonders the first time so i'm going in for a second try. I'm excited to think that in just 4 months time i could be at my goal weight! :D x #weightloss #positivethinking #goals #healthy #iwilldoit
