An old cosplay I did of Lonette from "Cool World." (I believe this was 2016.)

The hair is two different wigs pinned together...and I don't think I still have either of them. I don't have the outfit or figure anymore either.

The only piece I think instill have now is the earrings. And probably the maroon purse you can only see the strap of in the last picture.

This beautiful outfit, was designed by Earl Luick for the 1931 version of 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒍𝒕𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝑭𝒂𝒍𝒄𝒐𝒏, where it was worn by Thelma Todd as Iva Archer. It was worn again that same year on an extra in 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑹𝒆𝒄𝒌𝒍𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑯𝒐𝒖𝒓.   Learn more at Bit.ly/PostEd230

Catherine Tate wore this striking black dress with gold and purple embroidery as Donna Noble in the 𝑫𝒐𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒓 𝑾𝒉𝒐 episode 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑼𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒐𝒓𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑾𝒂𝒔𝒑, which aired in 2008 as part of the reboot’s fourth season.   But that’s not where it began its life! Long before it turned up at a 1920s garden party with the Doctor, the dress first appeared in the 2001 German docudrama 𝑫𝒊𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒔 – 𝑬𝒊𝒏 𝑱𝒂𝒉𝒓𝒉𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒏 (𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒔 – 𝑵𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒍 𝒐𝒇 𝒂 𝑪𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒚), worn by Angelika Thomas as Julia “Lula” Löhr, sister to writers Thomas and Heinrich Mann.   Find out who designed this wonderful piece at Bit.ly/PostEd266

I don't remember where I first saw this pic, and it looks like it has/had a watermark on it. It looks like he's holding a script. Something about this capture makes it particularly vivid, like you can feel the doorknob in his hand there, and hear what he's about to say to you.

But now I can place this 1949 picture of them, which I believe is at a supper club over in London:

Kaaren's hat & veil and outfit match her arrival picture. Our man Peter has changed his shirt to accommodate his bow tie, and possibly his jacket as well.

Add in these other 1949 pictures at the Stork Club (a nightclub in Swallow Street in London's West End). I think these too are from the same trip, though Kaaren is wearing a different hat & veil:

Setting aside the fact that some of the pics are undoubtedly candids, Peter's usual awareness of lurking cameras seems to have eluded him. But then, Peter had recently filed for bankruptcy on May 20, 1949. That would make taking a trip like this most bittersweet.

Plus the romance between himself and Kaaren had faded before they'd even gotten married (they would divorce in 1950). :(
