a NOTICE

(hey guys it’s me, the person who was making this thing with some UNFORTUNATE NEWS and also some POSSIBLY MORE FORTUNATE NEWS? read on:

so, it’s become a tad apparant to most that this thing has been ON HOLD for more than A YEAR, and that’s no good, it sorta started when i lost my computer, and, in the process, most of the NOISE assets (rooms, monsters, etc.) that was a p big blow to this project, and made me lose a lot of motivation for startign it up again. :t

the other thing is, well, this just wasn’t exactly working? idk, the style i was aiming for, i felt i wasn’t executing it to its full potential, wasn’t HONED enoguh, y’know? so it is, unfortunately, time to announce that NOISE will be officially SHLEVED for the itme being,

not cancelled, i still liek the idea and world here, and i feel in due time i can milk it for an appropriate quantity of sweet storyline ichor, but that time, i feel, is just not right now. uou

and now for the LESS UNFORTUNATE? news. i have TWO (2) projects that are either near completion, or running smoothly towards it! and if NOISE is closing shop then i feel i should compensate, keep an eye out folks cuz there may still be an originla interactive adventure from me in the near future!

There's not much left to examine in the room, so logically the rest of the examinable stuff is out here, in the incredibly dark hallway!

Examine the window with the bars to the left of the room.

As anyone without eyes can see, that is clearly an air vent, for blowing SWEET DRY WIND and preventing the MOIST SMOTHERING.

Why are you listening to voices in your head?

Better than the alternative...

Examine the OVERHEAD GRATES in your room.

There is only one such GRATE in this room, it lets in COOL DAMP AIR, DULL SUNLIGHT, and sometimes A LITTLE SEWAGE.

That's a silly question they're supposed to look like this.

How bout Bill? Bill's a nice name.

Of all the names in your head, this is the only one that vibrates quite on your wavelength. It's a pretty good name too.

Names are great, thy help identify you amongst all the other No-eyes McGees in the world.

Peer cautiously into the darkness beyond your small, filthy room.

The hallway is simply too DARK and SPOOKY too see into.

small patches are illuminated by the OVERHEAD GRATES similar to the one in your room.

Never... never mind the noise and the spooks. Investigate the door behind you.

Ah, yes. the door behind you. this door, which is... this door is...

An abomination. It's hanging out of the doorframe like one of the hinges has broken, only BOTH the hinges have broken already, and it's anchored on completely the wrong side to begin with!
