((You should draw Moth as a fuzzy mothman fft))
(( Yeah so... for anyone that was looking at their mains yesterday they saw me talking about nekked Moth. The first version of this was less cute, just as naked (and thankfully just as covered), but more on the eerie side pff Which is fitting I guess but it looked really awkward. ))

I am a Moth man. I can accurately say that people taste of soda, greasy big macs, and fries with the right amount of salt. Thus they are delicious.

For the month of October ‘til Halloween, my dad changes up the scene of these 2 skeletons on his front porch each day for the neighbors to check out. Very creative!

The “fairy coffins” discovered on Arthur’s Seat, a hill above Edinburgh, in 1836. Were they magical symbols, sailors’ memorials—or somehow linked to the city’s infamous mass murderers, Burke and Hare? Photo: National Museum of Scotland. Another evening spent playing violin in the park. I shall have to tune it once I find a place to stay for the night. It has been some time since I properly maintained my violin.

"Song of Saya II" - Nitro+
La… La La La ~…
What is Beauty? What is Love? What is humanity? And above everything else, what is reality? If you can tolerate gore, depravity, lolita content, and philosophical darkness on par with Elfen Lied, you will likely appreciate Saya no Uta. Saya no Uta is a love story told from two perspectives: the viewpoints of “regular” people, and the viewpoint of Fuminori Sakisaka, a Japanese medical student whose unusual mental condition portrays the world as a festering bile pit filled with monsters and sludge. As the story progresses, Fuminori discovers love, purpose, and fulfillment alongside his companion, Saya, while his former acquaintances sink into madness, lust, and death. The two primary endings leave both the reader and the characters questioning the final outcome, unsure if things truly happened “for the best.”
As with most Japanese media of this nature, you’ll need an open mind and a decent constitution to make it through the first segments. Do that, though, and I think you’ll enjoy the wild - if short - ride that follows.
FUN FACT:
"Saya no Uta I" and "Saya no Uta II" are both variations of the same haunting melody, but the "Song of Saya" is a ballad about transcendent love and creating life. My semi-obvious theory: regular people hear the "Saya no Uta I/II", the song foretelling their doom, and Fuminori/Saya hear the "Song of Saya," their united hope in a cruel world. Boom.
Kotaku covers Saya no Uta here.
