Update regarding the situation with the withheld Paypal funds

Sadly, we have no good news regarding the funds. As of our last communication with Paypal we were given a date for the funds to be released to us: February 9th. As of now, we have not received the money nor have we gotten a reply from our caseworker at Paypal yet. We do hope that the issue can be resolved in a timely manner and we are open to all of your guys' questions.

We want to be as transparent as possible about the going ons of this project. As we stated before, all of the physical merchandise except the prints are at our shipping mods house. We are only waiting on the missing funds to order the zines themselves and the prints. We have discussed using our own money to pay for these things in advance, but the necessary shipping costs are way more than our team can provide.

We want to thank all of you once again for your incredible patience, support, and understanding!

Update regarding Production and Shipping

As most of you must've noticed we have been quiet since June. Sadly, this is due to the fact that PayPal is withholding the main part of our funds. We have been communicating with them for several months now to find a solution for why they are holding back the funds, but so far those talks were not successul. We had hoped to settle this as quickly as possible, but since we are not getting a new date for the release of our funds after the last one has come and went without actions from PayPal we find it important to give you an update on our current Production and Shipping status.

As you can see from other posts on our page, the merchandise has completely arrived at our Shipping Mods house. Since the bulk of the costs lays in the shipping we are currently unable to process your orders. We are continuing to work on this issue and we hope to come to a conclusion soon, but in the meantime we have to ask you for a little more patience while we sort this out.

As most of us know, this isn't the first time PayPal has gotten in the way of a creative fan project and it certainly will not be the last. Thank you for all of your understanding and please excuse the current circumstances.
