„No More Zero Comments“-Projekt

Hi! Hier ist ein großer Masterpost für alles was du über dieses Projekt wissen musst!

Das No More Zero Comments (NM0C) Projekt hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, die Anzahl der Fanfictions auf AO3, die keine Kommentare haben, zu reduzieren. Es handelt sich um ein Fandom-übergreifendes Bestreben mit wenigen Regeln, das man leicht alleine in Angriff nehmen könnte, aber hey, warum schließt du dich uns nicht an?

Das Ziel ist einfach: Finde Fanfictions ohne Kommentare, lies sie und hinterlass demder Autorin einen Kommentar. Wenn du willst, kannst du dich einfach alleine auf die Suche machen, aber wir haben ein praktisches Spreadsheet voller Fanfictions, die du durchstöbern kannst!

Das Spreadsheet kannst du hier finden. Es gibt tonnenweise Fandoms, aus denen du wählen kannst. Es wird regelmäßig mit neuen Fanfictions aktualisiert, also schau so oft du willst vorbei.

Hast du eine Fanfiction ohne Kommentare? Du kannst sie hier einreichen und es gibt keinerlei Beschränkungen bezüglich dem, was du einreichen kannst. Jedes Fandom, jede Kategorie, jedes Rating, egal wie alt. Ja, auch explizite/nicht jugendfreie Fanfictions, wir sind hier nicht wählerisch. Wenn du möchtest, kannst du auch die Fanfictions von anderen einreichen.

Das Einzige, um das ich dich bitte, wenn du deine eigenen Fanfictions einreichst, ist dass du versuchst auch bei anderen zu kommentieren! Gleichgewicht, Ausgeglichenheit, usw.

Die einzige wirkliche Regel für Einreichungen ist keine KI. Dieser Blog ist vehement anti-KI und wird keine Fanfictions annehmen, die sich dessen bedienen. (Anmerkung 16.6.25: Es gibt mittlerweile zwei weitere Regeln: keine weiteren Harry Potter-Fanfictions (fuck jkr) und keine Fanfictions, die weniger als eine Woche alt sind.)

Wenn du unter einer der Fanfictions auf dem Spreadsheet einen Kommentar hinterlässt, lass es mich bitte hier wissen, damit ich sie von der Liste entfernen kann. Falls du eine Fanfiction auf der Liste siehst, die einen Kommentar hat, mach dir keine Sorgen, ich werde mich bald darum kümmern sie zu entfernen. Admin ist in der Zeitzone GMT und ich bin meistens am Abend aktiv.

Das wäre ich, Izak, besser bekannt als @lightningzombie! Momentan betreibe ich den Blog alleine. Und ja, ich habe meine eigenen Fanfictions in das Spreadsheet eingetragen. Ich habe eine Abstimmung darüber gemacht und die Leute haben gesagt, dass ich es tun kann!

Warum hast du dich dazu entschieden das zu machen?

Frustration mit dem Mangel an Kommentaren unter meinen Fanfictions und das Sterben der Kommentarkultur im Allgemeinen. Fassungslosigkeit als ich eine Fanfiction mit über 1200 Kudos und keinen Kommentaren gesehen habe. Die Freude darüber beim Febuwhump-Commentfest 100 Kommentare hinterlassen und über 20 erhalten zu haben. Langeweile. Viele Gründe!

Gibt es einen Preis oder eine Belohnung?

Nope! Keinerlei Anreiz. Einfach der Spaß an Fanfictions, am Kommentare schreiben und dem Gemeinschaftssinn.

Wirst du Events veranstalten?

Ja, das habe ich vor! Ich weiß allerdings noch nicht was.

Doch, tust du. „Ich mag das hier“ ist ein Kommentar. „Wie kannst du es wagen (hier Blorbo einfügen) das anzutun?“ ist ein Kommentar. „KAJSDAKSDHJ WIESOOOO???“ ist ein Kommentar. „Ich nähere mich deinem Aufenthaltsort in hoher Geschwindigkeit“ ist ein Kommentar. Sei einfach nett!

Wie lange wird es dauern, bis ich einen Kommentar bekomme?

Keine Ahnung. Manche Leute kriegen sie innerhalb von Minuten, andere Stunden, wieder andere Tage. Hängt von vielen Dingen ab. Geduld!

Ich habe etwas eingereicht, aber es wurde noch nicht hinzugefügt/entfernt.

Ich betreibe diesen Blog vollkommen alleine und händisch. Ich kümmere mich um jegliche Einreichungen wenn und sobald ich Zeit habe. Sei geduldig mit mir, ich werd dazu kommen!

With so many fics on the sheet in French, I kinda feel like we need an informative post in French to put in the whatthefrance tag! I would help if I could but my internet-based vocabulary in French is NOT great oTL

i think today is sixth months since the febuwhump commentfest that gave me the idea for this blog

Fanfic writers: We like comments! Please tell us when you like our stories!

Fanfic readers: Write for yourself and stop being entitled and whiny. We don’t owe you anything. 😇

Okay, we don’t owe you, the readers, anything either, but that’s not how fandom works. That’s not how community works. This is not a give and take. This is a discussion. How would you feel if you worked your ass off on something you’re super excited about, show it to others, and then get crickets? It’s disheartening.

And then these same people are the actual entitled and whiny ones who get pissed when writers don’t share their stories. Hypocritical much?

anyway the thing about fanfic is that it's not essentially bad or good; it's essentially amateur. some people are absolutely out there writing award-worthy prose (some fic writers ARE award-winning writers IRL!), but that's not the point. the point is that we're all telling campfire stories. it's a community, and it's a way to spend some more time in the worlds and stories that we love.
