Template of this thing. Full thing - Outline - Fill (Text and graphics are added here.) - Stripes (use 'Multiply' and low oppacity. change colors if needed. Used under text and any added graphics.) - Shine (Use 'Lighten'. Use above text and any added graphics.)
Font usually used is helvetica rounded bold.
Did anybody ask for this tutorial? No. But did I need this tutorial? Yes. I struggled a LOT trying to find anything that resembles a template to this type of graphic.
Note: just remembered these are called banners. I think.
