discord server for content creators (aspiring or otherwise)!

Hey folks! I’m currently looking to add some members to my little server, which functions as a sort of resource pool not only for myself but for the members as well! All artistic skillsets and interests are invited, be it drawing, writing, voicework, editors, song, or what have you.

- In short, this is a place for me to track resources and individuals. I do what I can myself of course, but I didn’t go into this planning on or wanting to work alone! 

- Consider it a space to play with your ideas, get feedback, find someone to collaborate with, etc. Sharing the stories and art and writing that you create is the core of this server! 

-Everything is under massive construction. Nothing is legally binding or obligating, and I understand completely if you decide to take your skills and content elsewhere. 

- I believe in supporting creators without the motive of financial gain. Don’t sweat about taking resources away from me or the company, if you meet folks here I encourage you to work with them further, even if you decide the biz isn’t for you.

This little company will be (or is, depending on how you see it) a multi-media publishing company, focused on promoting diversity in mainstream media (race, gender, orientation, disabilities, ect.), giving creators stable jobs and control of their own content, all while maintaining livable wages and general goodwill towards man.

That’s long, huh? I got a lot of help from my dear friend @selkie-elf, who put down the base colours and helped me with motivation to actually line this in the first place. Without them this would likely not be for you all to see.

Which I hope is a good thing, because it’s a bit nerve-wrecking to post something so based on personal interpretations of some very complicated characters. Very proud of it though, the art turned out pretty good and it’s not like you can make a 12-page comic about an interaction that you don’t like exploring.

The more I think about it, the more I relate to Lup’s attraction to Barry. I was just talking to this cute, dorky looking boy and I smiled at him while he was leaving. And he smiled back and walked straight into the door frame. My immediate thought was, “We shall be married in the autumn.”

okay but i love the fact that carol is wearing makeup, because she is one of the very few marvel ladies who actually does so? almost all of the other ladies have the “makeup no makeup” look, which is great too, but it’s made to look like they are not wearing anything. but it looks like carol just feels like wearing makeup and i think it’s great. who said that you can’t be feminine and be strong?????
