In the manga, he dose “believe” or just know Egypt and magic nonsense. He dosn’t like it, but he knows it’s happening because the first time he duled Yugi, it was a shadow game where Yugi was the one bringing the cards to life. When Yugi won, he punished Seto Kaiba by making him believe he was trap in the Duel Monster world where he is “killed” by the monsters.

Later, Seto Kaiba keeps having nightmares every night of that game, so he use technology to the Duel Monster cards to life and makes a whole theme park to kill Yugi and his friends. Over a children's card game from America.

Then after waking up from a coma he was in when Yugi “Mind Break”, he finished making the first Duel Disks. He knows that Pegasus, the creator of Duel Monsters can read minds, but Seto believes that Pegasus can only do that if you're close to him. So with the Duel Disks, he is far away and the hologram cards can block your face.

I don’t know if he believes in God or Jesus, but he did say God gave Games and Wars to humans and one single chip called “LIFE”, and if you lose, you die. That was his mindset when his stepfather killed himself after Seto took over his company. Maybe that was just an example. Also, he was not in the Memory World in the manga. He’s still stubborn and fights magic with technology.

Seto Kaiba refuses to believe in the Egypt and magic nonsense not because he’s just stubborn, but because he is a devout Christian—-though he considers himself to be without a specific denomination. He also honestly believes that God and Jesus are the only people he should ever have to answer to. Post-series he plays off any idea of the Memory World adventures as the Devil’s work.
