وَلَا تَيْأَسُوا مِنْ رَوْحِ اللَّهِ ۖ إِنَّهُ لَا يَيْأَسُ مِنْ رَوْحِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا الْقَوْمُ الْكَافِرُونَ.

Do not despair of Allâh's soothing mercy. Verily, none but the people who deny (the truth) can ever lose hope of Allâh's soothing mercy.'

Hayā: Hayāt of heart

Hayā: modesty derived from the word Hayāt, or life because it is through modesty that the heart is granted life and it is through the absence of modesty that it dies.

Ibn ‘Abbaas (may Allah be pleased with him) said:

The Shaytaan lies in wait on the heart of the son of Adam; if he becomes heedless and careless, he whispers to him, but when he remembers Allah, he withdraws.

وَأَحْسَنُ كَمَا أَحْسَنَ اللَّهُ إِلَيْكَ

“And do good as Allah has done good to you”

You’re not behind. It’s not too late. You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be. Everything is unfolding. Don’t judge yourself or be hard on yourself about how long something is taking to happen. Your time is coming Insha’Allah. Just be thankful that you made it this far. Know that whatever Allah has written for you will not miss you!
