Hello! I made a dress from scratch for the Renaissance Faire. It took me six months to make the chemise, hoop skirt, under skirt, over skirts, French knot embroidered bodice, crown and jewelry. I am very excited to wear it this year despite how serious I look in the photos!

Faelin “Faye” Melisander

Working on some paper doll portraits for my OCs so why not start off with my original tav?

Faye is a battle master fighter with the soldier’s past. She lost her whole battalion in an ambush by a mindflayer colony. The only one amongst her men who survived she seeks answers to a betrayal by her general and to rid of the parasite afflicting her mind.

Tattoos are inspired by a combination of how tattoos worked in the god of war Norse universe and the language for her runic tattoos come from the amazing @caitmayart . She will be getting outfits later but for now I just wanted to post her base to build up confidence to share art again (and also show off her tattoos and scars)

Maybe one day I’ll share her story but for now I’m gonna curl into an anxiety ball

There’s something so utterly devastating about Monty finding the letter from Comfrey about not being a real adventurer and later in the episode Van saying “She [Comfrey] always knew us better than we knew ourselves”. I have been trying to finish this forever! But I kept being lazy and then work. Then I’m too tired from work, then I started playing my ps2. So many hobbies. 😅

Also, part 2 to Pollen🌸 with Freya! I’m thinking of doing a final part to Pollen where Freya and Kratos get inflicted at same time. Also I guess you can say this is part 2 to Freya and Kratos tent stories or tent buddies lol, she never can sleep. (Where she contemplates and stares at Kratos)
