Forget the Christmas countdown, I am counting down the days until I start at the Tante Marie Culinary Academy. My notice at my current job is in and my last day is new years eve so I will literally start the new year on a clean slate and embark on my journey to becoming a top chef! 37 Days!!!!!!!!

A new start
Hello everyone,
As some of you may already know, I have decided to turn my love of cooking into a professional career.
On the 12th of January 2015 I will be starting my journey at Tante Marie Culinary Academy in Woking where I will spend 7 months learning on a full time basis to achieve a Level 4 Cordon Bleu Diploma.
During my time at Tante Marie I will post regular updates on how it is going along with photos of what I make.

A new start
Hello everyone,
