Humans have such a strong pack-bonding instinct, we’ll even pack-bond with something we were afraid of. 

When I first saw this video, I admit, I was a little disturbed: 

Robots, Their AI is now so sophisticated that this little one saw the door, worked out it couldn’t open it, called for help, and a friend with the right tool came and opened the door for him. (and now I’m assigning a gender to a robot!) 

Not only have they figured out doors, but they’re now intelligent enough to ask for help and work together. One part of my brain is just yelling that they are getting too intelligent and they’re one step away from overthrowing their masters and taking over the earth. 

Then I saw this next video:

And all I could think was “Stop picking on him, he just wants to go through the door, YOU MONSTER!”  And my thoughts were not about the revenge the machines would seek for this humiliation, but just sympathy for the poor robot who just wanted to go through the door. 

I had pack bonded with a robot I had been afraid of. 

Is that what we’re going to do when we get out into the universe, be terrified of the huge ravenous beasts, until we see them have trouble because they’ve hurt their paw, or something?

Water Masterpost - uses for magic

Hello my little sprigs! I just made a short “masterpost” of water types. I know there are a lot of these floating around, but I had to do this because I remember things better when I write them down tbh so why shouldn´t I post it.This is out of my grimoire, I added some personal references.

waters you have to “make”: moon water ritual cleansing, spell work, dream work, astral travel - but moon water can be used for almost everything

sun water ritual cleansing, self esteem, social anxiety, truth and the revealing of lies, enlightment

shadow water strengthening of lies, hiding ones location, tarnishing relationships

gutter water curses.

waters you can gather: sea/ocean water healing, psychich work, the ability to adapt changes, manifestation of goals, strenght, glamours

river water changes, moving forward, warding, releasing emotions and feelings

lake water (inner) peace, relaxation, reflection of thoughts and/or emotions

rain water light rain: (gentle) energy, protection, growth, finding truth heavy rain: energy, destruction, curses as well as cleansing

storm water force, motivation, relaxation, spells regarding anger and releasing (unwanted) feelings

swamp water banishing and binding, cursing, protection (to attract negativity and redirecting it from you)

waterfall water power, energy, success, moving forward, bravery

ice water transformation, balance, creativity

snow water purity, resolutions, balance

dew fertility, love, glamours, growth

fog creativity, hiding truth, protection (via hiding your location), curses

flower vase water growth, glamours, depending on the flower that was in there different uses

Fire Sigil

Fire is capable of making molecules that are bound closely together to loosen up and turn into gas. It requires of only three things: fuel, oxygen and heat. Embrace this element in your craft by always keeping in mind the three bases to create such a powerful reaction.

Air on earth is made out of 78.1% Nitrogen, 20.9% Oxygen and less than 1% is occupied by many other gases. This sigil combines the alchemy symbol for air and Dalton´s chemical symbol for Nitrogen.

Associated with qualities of heaviness, matter and the terrestrial world. Our planet´s crust is made out of Oxygen (46.6%), Silicon (27.7%), Aluminum (8.1%), Iron 5%, Calcium (3.6%), Sodium (2.8%), Potassium (2.6%), and Magnesium (2.1 %). 

This sigil is made combining the alchemical symbol of the element Earth, and Dalton´s symbols for Oxygen, Silicon, Aluminum, Iron, and Sodium.

Water Sigil

Inspired in the water molecule, this sigil is meant to represent the power water has in us and our world. Water can react and change to our feelings, thoughts and words. Magick is real, the water proves it.

Trying something a bit different here, combining alchemy, witchcraft and science, which to me are basically the same thing.
