Last night i cooked. Turkey cesar spice...oven baked turkey glazedbwith my own dressing. Balsamic mixed with grape seed oil. Dab of wasabi. Tsp2 of a1 sauce same with barbacue sace. Then rice wine vin. Housin sauce. Soy sauce...chopped garlic minced. Diced italian salami for meat flavor to glaze for turkey. Celery to soften the spice. All saute. Then resuced to cream. Then sauted turkey in sauce with some peppers onions banna peppers. All sauted to absorb flavor of glaze in turkey...then plated with salad. Roasted corn. Julian cucumbers. Diced celery again. Garnished with cesar dressing and the turkey on top...turkey cesar spice
