It fascinates me to no end that Shi-Long reacts this strongly to one of his men being rude to prosecutor Miles Edgeworth of all people. The kind of person he hates on principle and takes every chance he gets to be mean to - yet he still insists that he deserves having the proper respect shown towards him and even demonstrates it himself right after this. Considering the rest of his behaviour towards Miles during this case this really stands out to me. And it's not a gentle reprimand either, he looks genuinely angry! Shi-Long has some strong principles that he sticks to no matter the situation and person he's dealing with and I absolutely love that about him.

I also absolutely adore that Shi-Long's go-to method for showing his subordinates that they did something wrong is to... growl at them. Legit going "Grr!" at them. And stomping his foot. Loudly. (The poor guy even takes a few steps back!) Like, there's nothing you can say to that. It's just awesome.

I think Shi-Long is the only character who does so many objectively ridiculous things and yet I'm like "Why is he so cool though? Why does it just somehow work when he does it?" He's at the same time the most ridiculous but also the most badass and coolest person in the room and that's an incredible combination!

I also get an unreasonable amount of joy out of the way his...ahem... heavy breathing is animated when he's angry. Yeah, nothing to see here, nothing at all...
