May 6: Day 2
Had three meals today 😣 wasn’t even hungry but it’s for the best i guess? In the long term ugh 😤
Breakfast: tex mex wrap (healthy version) = 313 cals / 22g protein
Lunch: tex mex wrap (again eh) / taboulé = 409 cals / 23g
Dinner: Tex Mex wrap (yeah i have to finish my food 😂) / veggies (zucchini, eggplant, carrot) = 333 cals / 20g
Overall: 1055 (66g protein) - 293 = 762 cals

May 5th: Day 2
Brunch: two scrambled eggs (12g protein/140 cals), 2 slices of salmon (17g/144), a bit of potatoes (1/4 plate of carbs/180), salad (vitamin A), 2 tbsp of avocado (healthy fats/60 cals) = Overall: 34g protein/550 cals ✅
Vitamins/supplements taken ✅ (again, berberin, inositol, vitamin B16, C, D, Zinc, magnesium)
Snack: matcha latte with almond milk (l-theanin that stabilises blood sugar/reduce cortisol, 60 cals)
Dinner: avocado toast: avocado (1,5g, 120 cals), keto bread (8g, fibers, 70 cals), eggs (12g, 140 cals) = 21,5g protein, 330 cals
+ spearmint tea (good for digestion)
🌟 Overall: 940 cals (57g protein) - 325 cals = 615 cals 🩷🩷

May 4: day 1
April was to kickstart my weight loss, this month I’ll try to implement healthy habits 🩷
Everyday I’ll be adding new stuff I do everyday to lose weight sustainably. Yesterday I tried to have 30g of proteins with breakfast, today I only had 8 since I’m on the road 🙃 while still staying under 1200 a day !!
Took new supplements: berberine, inositol, vitamin C/D, Zinc, Magnesium, probiotics
For now I had two Onigiri (chicken, the other salmon) = 400 cals (10g protein) for breakfast, a Caesar salade for lunch (around 500 cals / 40 prot) and tonight idk :)

Pt 3: also funny enough I saw more results (physically) last week while doing Pilates/weights/Liss cardio + 8k steps a day than when I was doing running and Pilates while 🌟ving myself for three weeks 👻

Pt 2: I think me gaining back weight is also due to PCOS so I I’ll try to take my supplements and eat healthy-ish (still gonna eat less than what I can). For now I’m taking berberine and inositol which helps with weight loss so we’ll see !
For « brunch » I had green juice, lots of fruits, black lentils with some healthy sauce, two eggs ! Might still be below 500 cals but sure is around 30g of protein, lots of fibers and vitamins :)

I took a week break while on holidays !! Now I’m gonna weight myself every two weeks.
I also think I should stop drastic weight loss since all of them end up with you gaining it all back. So I’d rather have a steadier diet to make sure I don’t go back to the original weight 🤨🌺
