ANNOUNCING: THE WICKED ELIXER ZINE!

A zine for the fans of the clowns! To make sure it won't just be nothing but Purple there's a fun fizzy twist to the theme! I'll put the link to the sign up form as well as more info below the read-more Sharing would be appreciated!

A link to the sign up form! NOTE: Sign-ups close on the 18th of September. You have until then to sign up, join the server, meet the team, settle in etc etc.

The twist to this zine is that every artist picks either a canon Purpleblood troll (each can be claimed twice by two separate artists) and otherwise, you can sign up with a fantroll, bloodswap, fanmade ancestor etc, along with that you pick a flavor of Faygo you like, preferably one that hasn't been picked already by someone on the team.

With the flavor and character you picked, you create an illustration that features those elements prominently. Such as using the colors of the bottle and label as a color palette, or get silly with it, make a comic page, go full trickster, etc.

It's advisable that you are 18 or older when you join as the server is 18+ as well, not due to the presence of NSFW content alone (mostly mention of subtance use, blood and other stuff already in Homestuck) but mainly because everyone already there is an adult and we're more comfortable that way.

This zine will not be printed, it will be free to view upon release and has a production time of three months reserved for it with regular check-ins. I have published a zine before and worked on others as a staff member and moderator. If this all sounds like fun consider joining the team!

Okay reblog if you’re an artist who STRONGLY PREFERS reblogs with commentary

People are apparently under the impression that reblogging someone’s art and adding a comment is frowned upon and that can’t possibly be true, every artist I know of sees a reblog-comment as like the ultimate definitive reward for their hard work.

Obviously don’t feel bad for NOT adding a comment if you’re shy or just don’t know what to say, but if there’s something you would like to say about a drawing you’ve liked enough to reblog, I’m pretty sure most artists crave hearing it.
