A little bit of sugar please - Kihyun x Reader

Okay guys! My first ever imagine! I am so excited for this and I hope you all enjoy this cute little scenario that I came up with! I just want to start of with a simple fact. I can't cook. Point,blank period. I have always been the most terrible cook according to my mother. Like, I burn water. You get my point. When I started dating Kihyun I thought great, another hopeless cook. Boy was I wrong. He's litteraly like a mastermind, Gordon Ramsey kind of man. That boy can make any dish in the world. So naturaly, I wanted to improve and possibly impress him a bit. That is why I' am standing in front of the stove, mixing all my ingreedieds for a chocolate cake. So far I've managed to waist 15 eggs, pour flour all over myself and cut my finger on a fork. Yes,a fork. " Come on y/n you want him to be impressed? Yeah, you do. Ouch! I have hot chocolate." I have to snap out of this, I'm litteraly talking to myself. The boys have practise today so he won't be home untill late at night. But he will get a nice treat. I mean, I hope so. " ...then add all your batter... Wait,what? Hold on where did that come from? Ohhh I'm making it right now. Okay, 3 eggs... Or 4? I'm screwed." So I ended up taking about 4 hours making the cake. A simple two-layer chocolate cake. I think I did a decent job, but Lord only knows. After I washed all the dishes I decided to put a movie in and wait for Kihyun. About half way into the movie I dozed off on the couch. " Honey, I'm home! Y/n? There you are!" " Oh,hey.. I kind of fell asleep." He came round to the couch and gave me a simple peck on the lips. " Sorry I woke you up,but I missed you today." He pulled me into his arms and gave me a tight hugg. I wrapped my arms around his torso and leaned my head on his chest. " I missed you too baby. By the way, I have a little something for you in the kitchen." I smirked up at him and wiggled out of his grip. " In the kitchen? But babe,we eat there,don't you think..." "- God,not that,are you crazy?" He smiled and stood up with me. " I was just guessing! So what is it then?" I turned on the lights and pointed to the kitchen island. " Ta- da! I made you a cake! I put a hole lot of effort in it so you better take a big piece right now!" The smile on my face was as wide as I could possibly make it, while his on the other hand... " Y-You made it? Umm,wow. I mean, that's wonderful honey, but we can eat it tomorrow-" "-No. You can eat it now." I think he sensed my determination and gave up rather quickly. " Alright, cut me a piece" I smiled and prepared everything and within 2 minutes there was a big gloob of something in front of him. Now I'm starting to feel a bit bad for him after seeing that. " Enjoy your cake!" He looked up at me and gave me an unsure smile. He took the fork and put some of the "cake" on it and here it comes... The moment of truth... As soon as he put it in his mouth, I stopped breathing. You could only hear the clock on the wall behind me,and the sound of his chewing. After a while he swalloved it and titled his head to the side. " Baby..." I jumped in my spot and came to his side as fast as a lightning bolt. " Yes?" He looked up at me again. " What did you put in this? What ingreedients did you use?" I was a bit confused now. " Well, everything that was written on the page. Eggs, flour,butter,chocolate, salt, a bit of soy sauce... Why?" His eyes became wide like softballs and he started coughing. " Can I see the cook book please?" I emediantely rushed to the drawer and took out my precious cook book. " Here you go." I handet it to him with shaky hands and told him the page number. He skaned both pages before I heard a ripping sound. " What are you doing?! That thing is expencive!" I tried to grab the book but he held it out of my reach. " Just wait a second. Listen honey... You have to be a little more careful. You see, the recipe you followed... Isn't exactly how it should be..." I was really confused at the moment. What? Why? " I don't understand..." He held my hand and showed me the book. " Baby, two of the pages got stuck together... You followed half a chocolate cake recipe, and half of a beef stew one." What? I did...what? "Oh my God." I did not know what else to say. And I made him eat that! " Please don't divorce me." He chuckled. " We aren't even married. But don't worry, I'm not going anywhere." I put my head in my hands and took a deep breath. " I am so incredibly sorry for what you had to eat because my stupid ass didn't pay attention. I am the worst cook in the world. How am I going to feed my future kids?! I'm going to give them food poisoning! Oh my God!" At this point I was a step away from a breakdown. But thank God for this wonderful boy in front of me. " Hey listen to me now. Not everybody is good at cooking. There are people who may not know how to make an omlet,but have other qualities! I can't draw to save my life, but your paintings are amazing! Please don't think about yourself in that way! I love you just the way you are, bad cook or not." He gave me a big hug and a kiss on the forhead after his little speach. That made a smile appear on my face. " Thank you. You always know the right thing to say to me. And I love you too." He chuckled and patted my head. " I know baby. So do you want to hear a story about the time Wonho almost burned down the entire dorm because of his rameyon?" So that is it guys! Send me other ideas for imagines if you have them!
