I absolutely loved the way the species & subspecies were categorized, and the species previews so far have only solidified my excitement!  Their ability to stand apart from many sites’ lores while still staying true to the familiar species of supernatural sites shows me how interesting the entire site lore is going to be! What do you most look forward to on BMT, so far? Site-wise, I can’t wait to see all the lore in its entirety and begin working on characters for the site’s open! Community-wise, I am so looking forward to a community to share stories in, and to make new friends! What are your hopes for the community as a whole? I hope, above all, that this will be a safe and inclusive community for all parties present!  I also hope that the community will be more of a friend group than a standard community once we settle in; those are the best types of communities, in my opinion! bare my teeth is a near-future modern fantasy set in an alternate timeline new york city.  Every child in the world grew up with the stories — they were used as cautionary tales in hopes of correcting ill-gotten behavior. Monsters, myths, frightening things that went bump in the night. The stories and settings may have changed but the beasts were always the same. Every child in the world grew up with the stories, and every child in the world eventually learned that they were just that.

what supernatural species would you be?: if it was my choice, i’d be a werewolf 100%, but i think the much more likely scenario would involve me as a witch... or a ghost, with how clumsy i am.

what would you like to see on retrograde?: oh gosh, the community, the plots, the storytelling, the relationships that we and our characters create with one another... roleplay is such a beautiful collaborative hobby and i’m so excited to join you all in making this place a reality!
