100kcal crispy apple fritter/ flatbread/ pancake thingy?
i don’t know what to call it but it’s pretty good as a breakfast, lol
Tumblr media
mix all this stuff up in a bowl. it’s gonna be quite sticky and thick.
heat up some 1kcal cooking spray in a frying pan (5 sprays would bring the calorie total up to 100) and then plop the mixture in. you won’t be able to spread it immediately but as you cook it over a medium heat, you can start to press it down until it’s flat. i used a fish slice to check if it was cooked and crispy underneath, then flipped it over and did the other side.
it takes like 3 minutes tops and is a good alternative to something sugary if you want something sweet. obviously apple sauce does have a pretty high sugar content but you also get way more nutrients from apples than straight sugar.
i just ate this about ten minutes ago and i’m full.

Recipe: 200kcal peanut noodles
Tumblr media
i wish i had taken a picture of them lol but they were so good!
so you just cook the vermicelli rice noodles until they’re soft and drained them and set them aside. in the same pan brown 10 chopped peanuts, chilli powder, ginger powder and some garam masala powder in the oil spray then add the vinegar. then just stir the noodles in and add a teaspoon of satay sauce.
they’re literally the best thing ever if you like nutty and spicy food!
(for the measurements i used 40g vermicelli rice noodles and just a pinch of each spice)

Recipe: 80kcal Shrimp Noodle Soup
calorie breakdown:
Tumblr media
(You also need 0kcal cooking spray, Chinese 5 Spice powder, Garam Masala powder and ground ginger but these have no calories so aren’t included in the breakdown)
This was so easy to make and to be honest it would have been just as good without the prawns!
Recipes are the posts of mine that do best so here’s this one:
Brown your prawns using cooking spray in a hot pan for about 5 minutes so they get some nice colour to them. While you do this prepare your chicken stock (I used 1/4 of a cube with 125ml of boiling water.)
Add half a teaspoon each of garam masala, chinese 5 spice and ginger to the prawns and give it a stir before pouring over the chicken stock.
Add finely sliced mushrooms (I only had one but they’re basically calorie free so use as many as you want) and a carrot cut into noodles (if you don’t have a julienne cutter you can just use a peeler and make thin wide strips that way)
You can leave this simmering until you’re ready to eat and then turn off the heat and stir in the vermicelli until it’s softened.
This is so so so good and feels way more filling than it should for 76kcal!
(It’s also crazy that you could double the quantity and it would have the same calories as a banana)

225kcal pizza 🍕
mix a teaspoon of tomato soup powder with a teaspoon of dried herbs and two teaspoons of hot water into a paste
spread on a slice of toast
sprinkle on another teaspoon of mixed herbs, a teaspoon of pecorino or parmesan cheese, a chopped scallion/spring onion, and 30g mozzarella
warm under the grill until cheese is melted
💓you could probably make it lower calorie if you had low fat cheese and soup powder but my recipe used full fat because that’s all i had 💓
this is really easily worked off with a short work out or a walk so perfect for keeping calorie defecit, and satisfies my cravings!
