So was anybody gonna tell me about all these Star Wars Campaign Guides and Rulebooks, or was I supposed to just manifest that information myself?
All jokes aside though, I stumbled upon these books a while ago and not only is the cover art just amazing, but the inside images and information is just as insightful as well. I think a lot of them could pair well with the Jedi Path book in how they go into the Force and detail about the Jedi. Now I wish the Jedi Path was more comprehensive and contained a lot of this stuff. Disney dropped the ball on the whole giving us some form of “sacred Jedi texts” or whatever. Or heck, a big old Jedi Academy/Jedi Initiate tome!
(Somebody make a Jedi text blog so I can send you this stuff!)
This isn’t even half of what I have come across. There is a website that has great pdf versions to read and I am like a kid in a candy store. I now know that these books are for the Legends time of the Star Wars franchise, but man! This stuff is too good to cast aside in the name of canon.
If anyone can tell me more about these books, by all means, let us know. Not gonna lie, I’m very into these books for the Jedi culture aspect and the cool starships, hahaha! However, I wanna know if you’re into them and have you ever used them for their intended purposes.
Perhaps in the future I’ll share what I’ve been learning about the Jedi. Oooo, a Jedi Culture series!

Bought a cool lot of 15 Edgar Rice Burroughs books on eBay a little while ago. Some great covers too. Can't wait to crack one open after work.
Which have you read and what did you like about it (no spoilers)?
Do you like pulp literature? What pulp books or magazines have you read?

I'm love finding all kinds of black characters (and other POC) in these old comics. This cute li'l fellow is called Bumbazine. He appears in Animal Comics from Dell Comics. Animal Comics was clearly aimed at the younger audience. As far as I can tell he appears in most of the issues. Of course, the depiction of him is a bit off-putting, but I love him.I'll keep poking around to see what other characters I can dig up.
