abolish the death penalty

support a government mandated 12 weeks of paid family leave for workers

eliminate private prisons

this man fully acknowledges the science behind climate change (unlike trump), wants to work to fix certain racist elements in american society (unlike trump), supports the lower and middle classes (unlike trump), is willing to put his money where his mouth is (unlike trump), and isn’t a full on fascist that ignores the global pandemic and takes the side of neo-nazis and white supremacists (unlike trump). biden is miles better than trump. is he the ideal candidate? no, but he is willing to work towards making the USA a more progressive place and that is the first step we need to take. vote blue.

Hello anyone who still following me , hope all of you are staying safe healthy and happy . I haven’t ran in months is my first one back in a while seems like after I had my gallbladder taken out my thyroid went to hell just no energy to do anything. My Doctor has me on thyroid pills , they are not helping at all I’ve been trying to eat different foods with iodine and hopefully will help. Stay safe everyone ,stay healthy everyone ,stay active

This was supposed to post two weeks ago, (bad tumblr) I ran the lakeside lager with my daughter, it was a 5k. 26.2 beer was a sponsor so we got a beer and a hat and a huggy after the race , or like my daughter calls them a cozie.

Good run Saturday, It was hot, I have another 5k in two weeks with my daughter at Talon Winery, We are signing up today for our Thanksgiving Day run , The Thoroughbred Classic . Have a good day all .😃

Good run today, it was hot and very humid , finally some clouds came in.I really like running at Camp Nelson Civil War Park , I can run on the road or I can go cross country , they have like a hundred acres in the back they mow , actually they roll bale it . Everybody take care .

Hello tumblers I had my first run in three months feeling better lately I quit taking my thyroid pills I think they were doing more harm than good while I was taking them I had no energy couldn’t think straight everything was all screwed up I quit taking them weeks later my levels are all back up where they need to be my blood work looks good ,I’m feeling tons better I hate taking pills anyway, I signed up for a couple runs with my daughter

Hello everyone hope everyone’s doing good I’ve had to stop running that’s why I have not been posting anything. My thyroid is kicking my butt I’m down from 160 pounds to 140 for whatever reason I cannot gain weight I feel horrible, they gave me Levothyroxine For my thyroid supposed to take it on empty stomach I can’t keep it down I throw it up. I guess on the plus side I’ve been to the pain clinic and they injected steroids around my hernia patch so I don’t have that severe pain anymore,Anyway enough about me I hope everyone is doing good out there y’all stay healthy keep doing what you’re doing

Ok my Kentucky Wild Cats are out of the NCAA tournament☹️, that’s OK though they had a good year. I haven’t posted in quite a while hope everyone’s doing good if anyone still reads these I ran 6 miles tonight only the third time since Thanksgiving I’ve been able to run between my sickness and my knee I have a marathon coming up in May but I am so far behind on training,I really need a training partner 🏃🏾‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️, I may have to drop down and just do the half marathon.Right now I will just be happy if I can run my knee is still sore

I believe I re-injured my ACL, I had originally hurt it roughly 20 years ago .I have a marathon in May this makes it tough for training.

I jokingly I’ve been saying to My Wife maybe I have Crohn’s disease ,They tested me for everything else still haven’t found out what’s wrong with me. I was at the doctor recently tested for Crohn’s waiting for the results.
