I have 3 gripes with UNDERTALE,

1. If the barrier at the end of the game is the place where they locked the monsters at the start. Why is the ruins at the farthest edge of the underground?

2. In the ruins there is a GAINT HOLE, why not use it? is there a smaller barrier there too? ( I remember them saying that frisk passed the barrier but cant go back) I mean they do have elevators, so why no uppies?

3. Have they tried just busting through the mountain, is it protected by the barrier? Does it seal any new hole they make? I mean if you can't get through the door and you can't bust it down (not without lack of trying) the wall is right there.
