Cloudia is a young sky witch, born in the region of Shamayim to the Skye family, a family of sky engineers and sky witches.

Besides of being a talanted witch and an engineer, Cloudia has a passion for performing on a stage. she joined a competition made by Dawn Love, a famous singer from the capital of summer, looking for backup dancers. Cloudia won the competition and moved quickly to the capital of the summer season. Cloudia is a sweet, cheerful, fashionable and a talented witch.

She mostly uses sky, light and craftsmanship magic her main magical tool are her roller-blades, named "Rainbow Rollers"
