Got posessed by my creativity and made them- Now I've been sewing for a little under a year and they're my forst plushie, so they're not perfect, but I'm proud of myself!

Going to update my intro post as soon as they're named!

I'm on a journey of completely becoming cringepunk, and though I know at the beginning I know I'll feel awkward with bringing them outside, I still want to, and I know I'll get over it, especially with their help!! I want them soft and a like long ears I can fiddle with, so I have one in mind! The company isn't perfect nor like, but honestly I feel it's still better than Amazon so I think I'll go with it anyways /neu /info I need to wait for next month's pay though, because this month's went into starting my lps collection again 😭 I'm thinking of making them clothes, accessories, matching jewelry woth me, and a little harness with a lanyard so I can wear them like a lil bag! I'd like to add a lil pocket to them to so they can carry my lucky stones and maybe some dice or sth 🌿

I'll make this update short, because I've finally calmed down and I don't want to get back into it too much.

The package is lost. And looking into the carrier that was supposed to deliver it, it seems like it's a very very very common issue. They're not taking accountability either.

If I can get the package back, i'll be glad. If I can't, I'm not sure I can order from this artist again if it goes in the hands of the same carrier. I'm planning on bringing the issue up with them.

Considering all of this, and how I'll need my companion asap (stressful times ahead) as well as how tailored to me I need them, I think I'm going to sew one for myself! It's going to take some time, as I can't even start this week due to being busy af, but it'll be the most reliable way I think.

So! They've been with my local carrier since friday, and they should have gotten to me saturday. And i was really worried about it, until i talked to my mom and learned that my local carrier has quite a bit of stacked mail and tardyness because they striked not long ago! 😯

Good for them tbh, i'm never going to actually be mad at that, and to be honest Ii'm just relieved they're fine and not lost! 😮‍💨

Considering this, i'll be waiting a bit more while they catch up, but i'm hopeful i'll get them by the end of this week! Let's hope!! 🤞

an idea for if you bring stuffed animals out in public: if you can, get a collar that fits your plush right and print a nametag to show their name and your phone number on the back so if you forget them outside of home, anyone who finds them can contact you!

i was thinking of getting a collar for my dog plushes anyways because they deserve it but i thought of the added plus of having a way for people to reach out to you if they get lost :)
