Y/n L/n on Winning Big with a Celebrated Mentor

Last week, 19 year old Y/n L/n won the Young Women's Tennis Open in Paris, France, guided by her mentor, Art Donaldson. Interviewer: Y/n, considering this was your first foray into the global tennis world, how does it feel to have won in Paris? Y/n L/n: Honestly, I feel exhilarated! I am so proud of the work I've put in to even make it this far, and winning was just the cherry on top, you know? Interviewer: I can't imagine the joy you must be feeling. Looking ahead, what are the next steps for you in your athletic career? Y/n L/n: I mean, continue training, obviously. Coming off of YWTO, I just want to see where it takes me, go with the flow for now. Interviewer: Speaking of training, what is it like having Art Donaldson as your mentor and coach? Y/n L/n: Art's amazing. He has so much experience in the sport, and so many wins, it's crazy. As a person, Art is incredibly nice and humble, and as a coach he is so intelligent and helpful. I don't know where I would be without his mentorship.
