what the fuck!!!! i ate 200 calories the day before and 230 yesterday and my weight has gone up. i don’t fucking understand. i did thirty thousand steps. i didn’t have a particularly high sodium intake, i only had 40 grams of carbs, which is a very low level ketosis anyway. i SHOULD be burning fat.
there’s no way i’ve miscalculated. i didn’t eat enough for there to be a miscalculation. at the absolute maximum, my scale didn’t pick up an extra gram of mayo, which would add three calories. THREE!!!!
how the fuck have i gained? i went from 56.2 to 56 the day before, and went up to 56.05 today. genuinely how is this physically possible? what do i even do now? more water? laxatives? do i just keep starving? at some point the weight HAS to come off. i dont understand how this is possible
